Hayden Panettiere says an Oscar-winning actor and director showed her his testicles, without consent, when she was just a teenager.

The actress has opened up about a ton of stomach-churning stories in her new memoir "This Is Me: A Reckoning" about the abuse she suffered while coming of age in Hollywood ... and she's now relaying a tale about a party she attended when she was 19.

Panettiere says she was leaving a gathering -- having grown uncomfortable while chatting with a group of men near the end of the night -- when a "well-respected" Oscar winner approached her as she was putting on a coat and complained about the gum stuck to his pants.

Hayden Panettiere’s peeling back even more layers of her messy family drama -- revealing the shocking moment her former costar Milo Ventimiglia told her her dad had been arrested for allegedly abusing her mom.

In her memoir, "This Is Me: A Reckoning," Hayden recalled Milo -- who she dated from 2007 to 2009 -- coming to her "Heroes" trailer with devastating news ... letting her know that her dad, Alan Panettiere, was sitting in jail after an incident involving her mother, Lesley Vogel.

Hayden says her heart started pounding so hard she thought it might burst through her ribs ... with her mind spiraling into a million questions -- like who called the cops and whether the whole thing had somehow been a misunderstanding.

Hayden claims that her mom unapologetically put herself first -- something she says sadly doesn’t surprise her anymore -- saying to ET she can’t fully understand how Lesley lives with some of the things she’s allegedly said and done over the years.

This feud is deep. Lesley absolutely unloaded on Hayden’s memoir, "This Is Me: A Reckoning," accusing her daughter of putting her through two decades of trauma for what she claims is basically a money grab.

Kevin Hart's company and two of his former employees are in the middle of a nasty court battle over alleged company secrets ... TMZ has learned.   

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Kevin’s company Hartbeat sued two former employees, Eric Eddings, who started working at the company in 2022, and Lesley Gwam, who was hired in April 2023, back in February.

Per the suit, Hartbeat says the duo had access to extensive confidential and proprietary and trade secret information, financial performance data, partnership strategies, and business plans for Hartbeat’s audio and podcast division.
