Arnold was cruising his Brentwood 'hood -- one week after shaking that guv thing -- when our camera guy nominated Arnold for a new role ... in the upcoming 'TR' remake.

Arnold sounds like he'd be up for it ... but suggested an upgrade for the famous tri-boob chick.

Peter died Sunday in a hospital near his English home.

Nominated for an Oscar for his role in the 1993 film "In the Name of the Father," Postlethwaite also starred in movies like "The Usual Suspects," The Lost World" and most recently in "Inception" and "The Town."

TMZ has learned ... Lacy was busted in Oklahoma on December 14 -- after cops say Lacy was in possession of a controlled substance (weed) and drug paraphernalia (rolling papers).

Lacy was charged with two misdemeanors -- and if convicted, he could spend up to two years in prison and face $2,000 in fines.

Charles Casillo now tells TMZ ... reports that the movie -- about a starlet addicted to drugs and alcohol who goes in and out of rehab -- is based on Lindsay are "totally blown out of proportion."

Interesting comment, given what Casillo told Page 6 a few days ago: "[The movie] is in no way mean-spirited towards Lindsay. It's the kind of thing she has spoofed about herself in the past. It's more of a satire about the crazy people around her..."

As TMZ first reported, Lindsay's family is mulling over legal action. Lohan's lawyer Stephanie Ovadia says, "They are again using her likeness without her being compensated."

So now Casillo says the character is a composite of many young starlets, including Lindsay, Paris Hilton and Britney Spears -- mixed with some icons like Marilyn Monroe and Jean Harlow.

As we told you yesterday, "Dogs" is based on a spoiled brat prone to alcohol and cocaine binges, reckless driving, failed rehab attempts, career-ending partying and ruthless hangers-on.

Lydia Hearst, Lindsay's spitting image, will star in the movie.

Dina Lohan says the new movie "is definitely based on Lindsay's likeness," and "We have a very strong case. It's shadowing E*TRADE" -- referring to Lohan's suit against the online brokerage firm which produced a commercial featuring a baby Lindsay.

Now we've learned Lohan's family lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, has been contacted by the Lohan family and it seems Ovadia thinks they have a case: "They are again using her likeness without her being compensated."

Ovadia adds, "Not only that but they are advertising the fact that they are using her likeness."

Dina warns, "Anyone bringing negativity will be dealt with accordingly."

Lydia Hearst will play LiLo in Charles Casillo's new movie, "Dogs in Pocketbooks." Casillo told the New York Post, "Lydia will play a bratty movie goddess in and out of rehab, in trouble with the law, and hounded by greedy agents, predatory paparazzi, off-the-wall stalkers and crazed media."

Casillo says the script is a satire ... the only glaring omission from the description -- scheming, sponging parents whose lives derail their child.

According to our spies on set ... Miley has been passing the time between takes on the set of "So Undercover" by constantly singing "Whip My Hair" ... and even busting out the dance moves.

Side effects of excessive hair whipping include sore neck, dementia ... and loss of friends.

Jay Maynard -- who's been doing the Tron Guy thing since '04 -- tells TMZ, he gave his local movie theater a heads-up that he planned to see the new "Tron" flick in his famous costume ... but for some reason, they "adamantly" insisted he wouldn't be admitted if he suited up.

We don't know why management refused -- the suit OBVIOUSLY belongs in a museum -- but Maynard believes it's because his masterpiece is "too distracting."

Spidey's new unspeakably evil arch enemy is none other than The Potentate (above) ... the fearless leader of ROACH -- a renegade faction of supervillains bent on "[burning] the straw houses of heroism to the ground."

The Potentate tells TMZ, ROACH -- which stands for Ruthless Organization Against Citizen Heroes -- "would never cheer at the injury of an actor doing their job, but yes, we're thrilled any time the ventures of heroes and their overblown attention-seeking behavior blows up in their faces."
