'Major League' Exec to Sheen: Don't ACT Like Lohan!
If Charlie Sheen doesn't "straighten up," he will NOT star in the upcoming "Major League" movie ... because the man in charge of the flick tells us he doesn't want another Lindsay Lohan situation.
TMZ spoke with James G. Robinson -- CEO of Morgan Creek Productions -- who tells us, "I'm not going to risk putting Charlie in the movie if he continues messing up."
Robinson continues, "Obviously with Major League 3 there's a huge part written for Charlie's character ... but after dealing with Lindsay Lohan on 'Georgia Rule,' I can speak for someone who has experienced the difficulties of working with an actor dealing with addiction."
"I won't go through that again. If Charlie doesn't straighten up ... I unfortunately can't put him in the movie."
Robinson explains, "When Lindsay was doing 'Georgia Rule,' she would miss full days of work. When an actor doesn't show up for work, you can lose half-a-million dollars a day paying the 250 other people there for the shoot and the costs for the set."
"Two and a Half Men" was officially shut down for the rest of the season after TMZ reported that Charlie wanted to challenge the show's creator Chuck Lorre to a cage fight.

Stranger things have happened.

Charlie Sheen -- Angry Over 'Major League' Snub
Charlie Sheen's wish for another "Major League" movie isn't just a pipedream -- producers have been working on a script for more than a year. But TMZ has learned one key player's been cut from the flick ... and Charlie ain't too happy about it.
Sources close to the production tell TMZ ... an outline for ML4 was completed in 2010 ... and most of the original cast has already been contacted about roles ... except for Corbin Bernsen.
We're told Bernsen -- who famously played Roger Dorn in the first three "ML" movies -- contacted Morgan Creek productions when he heard the rumblings ... but was told there are currently no plans to include him in a 4th installment.
Bernsen's publicist tells us, “Corbin would LOVE to do another 'Major League' but it doesn’t look like he’s been written into the movie at this point. We’re hopeful he gets written in by the time it’s finalized though."
Sheen -- on the other hand -- tells us he's pretty damn pissed about the snub ... adding, "I would love it for him to be in ... but I ain't the writer or director ... I'm a hired gun ... I'll do my best."

Kissing Model -- Don't Blame Me for 'Glee' Star Split
One of the models who kissed "Glee" star Dianna Agron's boyfriend for a professional photo shoot says she shouldn't be blamed for the break up because the kiss was "nothing more than art."
TMZ broke the story -- Agron broke things off with "I Am Number 4" star Alex Pettyfer because of an artsy photo shoot that surfaced featuring the actor making out with Lydia Hearst and another female model ... even though the pics were taken BEFORE Alex and Dianna began dating.
Now, Lydia tells us ... "I can't help but laugh because it is nothing more than art, and it is beyond ridiculous that anyone would be upset about it.”
Lydia -- daughter of famous socialite turned bank robber turned actress Patty Hearst -- adds, “It was a kiss from over a year ago ... it's time to move on."

Charlie Sheen I'm Ready for Another 'Major League'
Charlie Sheen says he's ready, willing and TOTALLY DOWN to play Ricky "Wild Thing" Vaughn in another "Major League" sequel ... as long as the powers that be will greenlight a script.
Sheen just appeared on "TMZ Live" -- where he told us he's doing everything in his power to get a "Major League 3" movie on the big screen.
FYI -- Charlie knows the 1998 movie "Major League: Back to the Minors" is technically considered "ML3" ... but Sheen considers that movie an "abortion" -- and doesn't think it should be counted with the rest of the series.

'Number Four' Star -- GF Was Pissed Over Photo Shoot
"I Am Number Four" star Alex Pettyfer's ex-GF split with him over a risque photo shoot he did with two half-naked models -- but here's the rub ... the shoot occurred MONTHS before they even started dating.
Sources close to the ex-couple tell TMZ, "Glee" star Dianna Agron ended the relationship soon after the pictures were released a couple weeks ago ... in which Alex appears barely clothed with models Lydia Hearst and Leven Rambin.
Problem is -- Alex and Dianna started dating last August ... and he shot the pics over a year ago ... back when he was a single man. Dianna's rep wouldn't comment on the story.

Lindsay Lohan -- Up for a Role in New 'Superman'
Look! Up in the sky! It's a bird, it's a plane, it's ... Lindsay Lohan?
Sources close to LiLo tell TMZ ... Lindsay's people have had multiple phone conversations within the last few weeks with the people behind the new "Superman" reboot. We're told Lindsay is up for a role in the flick -- and while it isn't Lois Lane, we hear it would be a "major character."
We're told Lindsay is supposed to meet personally with the "Superman" people soon -- but she might be a little busy with that felony grand theft charge thing.
According to our sources, Lindsay is "dying to show people again how talented she is" and is worried this latest run-in with the law (for which she maintains she's innocent) could ruin her shot at the movie.
Apparently that necklace she's accused of stealing is made out of kryptonite.
Reps for Warner Bros had no comment.
