Kiefer Sutherland was arrested this week following an alleged altercation with a ride-share driver ... TMZ has confirmed.

The LAPD tells us Kiefer was busted early Monday morning near Hollywood after officers responded to a radio call about an alleged assault involving a ride-share driver.

Cops say Kiefer is accused of assaulting the driver after entering the car ... and the "24" star was arrested on suspicion of felony criminal threats.

Celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow has a short message to anyone speculating about whether Bradley Cooper has had plastic surgery ... STFU!

That's what he told us when we caught him at Nobu in West Hollywood over the weekend.

He insisted ... "At the end of the day, it's nobody's business. This is his private medical information. If you want to speculate about Bradley Cooper ... don't!"

T.K. Carter died at his home after battling serious health issues ... according to his family and authorities.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... T.K.’s family requested a welfare check last Friday after not hearing from him for a couple of days, and informed authorities T.K. had high blood pressure. Officers responded to his residence in Duarte, California -- about 20 miles east of L.A. -- where family members met them on scene.

"Home Alone" star Daniel Stern has just been hit with a criminal charge in California for allegedly trying to hire a hooker.

A rep for the Ventura County District Attorney tells TMZ ... prosecutors just charged the actor with soliciting prostitution.

We're told Daniel's arraignment is set for Tuesday morning ... but it sounds like prosecutors aren't expecting him to be there. Instead, we're told Daniel's attorney could appear for him.

Justin Baldoni says Blake Lively's request to seal the identities of the famous friends she confided in goes too far ... and she's only doing it because it paints her pals in a bad light.

The actor filed the objection to Lively's motion for sealing Monday ... arguing her motion goes well beyond what the law allows -- especially as it pertains to her husband Ryan Reynolds.

Colleen Hoover is opening up more about her battle with cancer ... revealing that she's receiving radiation treatment.

The author and producer of "It Ends with Us" posted an update on her Instagram Story about her cancer fight, saying she completed her "second to last day of radiation." She also joked about blaming her hair and facial expressions on the doctors treating her ... but "they've been great." She highly recommended them for anyone in her position.

Last month, Hoover first announced on Facebook that she had been diagnosed with cancer, although she did not specify the type. She added she would need radiation therapy, but not chemo.

Federal authorities are now involved in the Timothy Busfield child sex abuse case ... TMZ has learned.

A spokesperson for the Albuquerque Police Department tells TMZ ... the U.S. Marshals Service is assisting APD as officers work to locate Busfield and take him into custody in connection with the allegations.
