The singer-songwriter has listed his gated home off the Sunset Strip for $7,375,000 after picking up the property back in 2018 for $6.5 million.

The 5,028-square-foot home sits on about a quarter of an acre -- which might not be a lot in Adam's native Indiana, but sure is in L.A.

Jill Sobule's death is receiving heightened scrutiny by investigators ... because they're trying to determine when she died -- and if drugs, alcohol or carbon monoxide played any part.

A rep for the Ramsey County Medical Examiner in Minnesota tells TMZ ... investigators are digging into the cause and manner of Jill's death -- and, a major detail investigators are trying to determine is whether she was still alive when a house fire broke out, where she was later found dead.

Jill Sobule, famous for her 1995 song "I Kissed a Girl," is dead, TMZ has confirmed.

The singer/songwriter died Thursday in a house fire while staying with a friend in a suburb of St. Paul, Minnesota, her agent, Craig Grossman, told TMZ. Her manager, John Porter, also confirmed her death.

“Jill Sobule was a force of nature and human rights advocate whose music is woven into our culture," he said in the statement. "I was having so much fun working with her. I lost a client & a friend today. I hope her music, memory, & legacy continue to live on and inspire others.”

Tragic news from out of Columbus, Ohio about a domestic violence love-triangle double-murder suicide ... turns out warning signs were all in the killer's music playlists!!!

Per The Columbus Dispatch, the Columbus Division of Police identified 19-year-old Aiden David and 21-year-old Giannh Viars as victims of a Thursday morning shooting, at the hands of 23-year-old Michael Hughes, who took his own life.

According to the police, officers rushed to the southeast side of Columbus around 12:20 AM Thursday on reports of a shooting ... only to find all 3 dead on arrival.
