Benny Blanco's mother had a terrifying run-in with home-invaders Monday night ... her house was broken into by masked intruders, prompting her to run and hide.

According to NBC4, Sandra Levin was in the Los Angeles home when two men reportedly broke in through a sliding-glass door. She ran upstairs and hid in a bathroom.

The two burglars made their way to the second floor and opened the door to a bedroom -- Levin reportedly peeked out of the bathroom and saw two figures in dark clothing and masks ... they saw her and immediately fled.

Turns out Megan Moroney is still on the market -- the popular country singer just shut down rumors that she's dating 49ers star Nick Bosa, or anyone for that matter.

The "Tennessee Orange" musician addressed the Bosa romance gossip in a new interview with PEOPLE -- addressing speculation that started back in October after she was spotted watching a Niners game in a Levi's Stadium suite, holding a "Moroney 9" jersey.

Reggae legend Jimmy Cliff has died, his wife Latifa Chambers announced Monday.

Latifa wrote ... “It’s with profound sadness that I share that my husband, Jimmy Cliff, has crossed over due to a seizure followed by pneumonia. I am thankful for his family, friends, fellow artists and coworkers who have shared his journey with him,”

Celeste Rivas's body had been frozen, and as a result, it looks the L.A. County Medical Examiner will not be able to establish a cause of death ... sources directly connected to the investigation tell TMZ.

According to those sources, the medical examiner received the body in horrendous condition ... it was decapitated, and, while the torso was intact, the limbs had been removed and cut into multiple pieces.
