Will Smith is literally laughing off accusations of wrongful termination and retaliation brought against him by violinist Brian King Joseph ... according to new video.

Photogs caught up with the Oscar winner Monday in London, where he appeared to be working in some capacity on his new Nat Geo show "Pole to Pole With Will Smith."

Watch the clip ... when the cameraperson asks Will about the allegations brought against him by the former "America's Got Talent" standout, Will laughs right in his face and keeps it moving.

Without even stopping to give any credibility to the question, Will hops in his waiting vehicle while the cameraperson gets buffered by security.

Matt Kwasniewski-Kelvin -- who co-founded the English rock band Black Midi -- has died.

Kwasniewski-Kelvin's family released a statement saying the guitarist's death followed "a long battle with his mental health."

The statement said, “A talented musician and a kind, loving man finally succumbed; despite all efforts ... He will always be loved. Please take a moment to check in with your loved ones so we can stop this happening to our young men.”

Guy Moon -- an Emmy-nominated music composer -- has died following a vehicle accident in California.

Moon -- best known for his work on the animated show "The Fairly OddParents" --died Thursday after he suffered "traumatic injuries" during a traffic collision in Los Angeles, according to the LA County Medical Examiner. Moon's family posted a statement on Facebook, saying they were going through "insurmountable grief."

Kelly Clarkson is opening up about how she's helping her kids cope following the loss of their father, Brandon Blackstock, and it's all about togetherness.

During a recent Q&A posted on "The Kelly Clarkson Show" YouTube channel, the singer shared that her favorite daily joy is spending quiet time with daughter River and son Remy. When asked what lifts her spirits each day, Kelly's answer was to snuggle.

Colombian music star Yeison Jiménez is dead after a plane crash in Colombia.

The plane went down Saturday afternoon in the area between Paipa and Duitama, killing all six people on board, according to Colombian officials. The flight was en route to Medellín and crashed shortly after takeoff.

Jiménez's team confirmed his death in a statement posted to Instagram, calling the loss "indescribable" and honoring him not just as an artist, but as a son, brother, and friend who inspired thousands.

Bob Weir -- the guitarist and founding member of the Grateful Dead -- has died ... according to a statement posted to his official Instagram account.

According to the post ... Weir passed away while surrounded by loved ones due to an underlying lung issue after he beat cancer.
