Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO are wasting little time untangling their lives after calling it quits ... 'cause TMZ has learned the former couple is already making progress on dividing up their property and other assets.

Multiple sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the split has been moving smoothly behind the scenes. We're told both sides are focused on making sure each person gets what they deserve, and so far there have been no major disputes over money or property.

Sabrina Carpenter was granted a permanent restraining order against the man who was arrested at her L.A. home … who she claimed returned to her home hours later … TMZ has learned.

A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge ordered 31-year-old William Applegate to stay 100 yards away from the pop star, her sister Sarah and Sarah’s boyfriend, George, for the next 5 years.

The change saved Victor's life ... because all six people aboard the helicopter died after it collided with another chopper mid-air in Rio de Janeiro. The others who died were Lucas, YouTuber Gaspi, Lucas Brito Chaves and the pilots of both crafts, Alexandre Souza and Charles Marsillac.

Singer Jelly Roll isn't letting his split from Bunnie XO mess with his money ... and he took the stage in Canada for his tour with Post Malone -- only a day after his divorce went public.

Jelly took the stage in Toronto at Rogers Stadium on Tuesday night.

The tour was initially scheduled to start on May 13, but was pushed back because Post claimed he needed extra time to finish new music. Jelly and Post are scheduled to perform shows until October.

Rapper Mystikal was just sentenced to 20 years behind bars ... after pleading guilty to raping a woman.

The victim in the case described how the musician -- born Michael Lawrence Tyler -- brutally sexually assaulted her in his Louisiana home in 2022 ... and she asked the judge to levy the maximum sentence, according to WBRZ.

As we reported ... the rapper was originally arrested back in 2022 ... and entered a guilty plea to third-degree rape in a Louisiana courtroom last month, under a deal with prosecutors.

After the victim told the court Mystikal choked her, punched her and forcibly raped her, he stood up and said ... "If I did that to you, I deserve the max sentence."

Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO were undergoing in vitro fertilization just months before they pulled the plug on their marriage ... and now some of her thoughts on the issue are being re-examined.

Bunnie previously said she very much wanted to have a baby with Jelly ... and opened up about her painful experiences with abortion. She also discussed the matter in memoir, "Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic, which dropped in February ... three months before Jelly filed for divorce.

In January, Bunnie told PEOPLE ... "I genuinely think that having those abortions when I was younger, the journey that I'm going on now with IVF, God's putting me through this again so that I can be a voice for those women who are going through this process."

Corey Feldman has been released from the hospital after a terrifying in-flight medical emergency ... TMZ has learned.

A rep for Corey tells TMZ ... doctors ran a battery of tests before determining he was suffering from a nasty bout of food poisoning ... dispelling initial fears it could be something far more serious.

We're also told Corey is incredibly grateful for all the love and well wishes that poured in following the incident.
