The bison that tossed a Yellowstone tourist in the air in an insane viral video will NOT be put down ... TMZ has learned.

Yellowstone Park officials tell us ... no "management action" will be taken against the wild animal ... meaning it won't be euthanized -- and that's that.

This update comes after Carl Isom-McDaniel was hurled in the air on Friday at the Bridge Bay Campground near Yellowstone Lake. The 65-year-old suffered a few broken bones from the scary encounter ... but is on the mend.

Two teenagers allegedly failed to report an 18-year-old's drowning death at a North Texas lake ... and they have now been arrested for tampering with physical evidence.

19-year-old Lucas Roper and a 17-year-old juvenile were arrested by police on Monday ... almost three months after the death of Daniel Erving. Cops say the three teens jumped off a railroad bridge into Lake Ray Hubbard in Dallas, and Daniel drowned.

The arrest affidavit alleges the teens fled the scene in Roper's car ... throwing Daniel's clothing into a tree line near the bridge, and chucking his phone out the window.

Carroll has officially received $5.62 million, including interest, from Trump after the U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear Trump's appeal -- clearing the way for the money, which had been sitting in a court-controlled account, to be released.

Roberta Kaplan, Carroll's attorney, tells TMZ ... "Three years ago, a unanimous nine-person jury found President Trump liable for sexually assaulting and defaming E. Jean Carroll. Today, we are pleased to report that she has received the damages payment the jury awarded her as a result of that verdict."

5-Year-Old Dies of Extremely Rare Condition While On Family Vacation

A 5-year-old boy -- Justin Vu -- died last week from a medical condition so rare, less than 500 cases have ever been diagnosed worldwide.

Justin died July 8 from systemic capillary leak syndrome, also called Clarkson's disease, an extremely uncommon disorder in which plasma suddenly leaks from blood vessels into surrounding tissues. He died at Randall Children's Hospital in Portland, just five days after he first began feeling sick, according to KGW News.

His family was on a vacation from Colorado ... visiting the Pacific Northwest when, all of a sudden, Justin developed a stomachache. His mother, Terese Peden, initially thought it was pretty normal until the 5-year-old began vomiting throughout the night.

Six-year-old Killian Gonzales is dead after a freak accident on a beach in Washington.

Killian was exploring a driftwood fort with his sister and babysitter last week at Little Squalicum Beach in Bellingham when a large log collapsed and hit him in the back of the head ... trapping him under a pile of driftwood.

Emergency crews rushed to the scene and performed lifesaving efforts ... and Killian was ultimately airlifted to Harborview Medical Center after his parents showed up to the beach.
