93-year-old Gabor broke her hip on Saturday -- after falling out of bed in an attempt to answer the phone at her Bel-Air home.

Gabor's publicist tells TMZ that Zsa Zsa's eyes are open, but she's not talking. We're told doctors are concerned that Zsa Zsa may have suffered a stroke.

TMZ spoke with Chris Spradley -- one of the culinary competitors on Ramsay's upcoming show "MasterChef" -- who tells us dude was driving home from the House of Blues on the Sunset Strip last week when some dumbass in a minivan blew a stop sign ... and the two vehicles collided.

Spradley -- creator of a beer cheese soup that Chef Ramsay considers "the most disgusting f**king soup I've ever tasted in my life" -- suffered injuries to his ribs and ankle ... but nothing life threatening.

As we previously reported, the 93-year-old actress was rushed to the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in L.A. on Saturday night after she broke several bones during a fall at her Bel-Air home.

TMZ has learned 93-year old Zsa Zsa was watching "Jeopardy" when she reached for the phone and fell. Her husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt called for an ambulance, and she was rushed to Ronald Reagan-UCLA Medical Center.

Von Anhalt tells TMZ, "My wife is a fighter she will be ok!"

It appears Ashton's car took some minor damage to the front bumper of his Lexus LS600 -- but the other car was smashed up pretty good.

TMZ spoke with a rep at the venue who told us the strings that were attached to P!nk's harness were not secured properly ... which resulted in the singer falling roughly 8 feet onto the arena floor.

P!nk suffered injuries to her legs -- but got up and went back on stage, where she apologized to the crowd ... then got into an ambulance and was whisked to a local hospital.

Sources close to the actor tell TMZ Tony -- who suffers from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease -- was at a Henderson, NV Costco on Wednesday debuting his latest artwork products when he began to have trouble breathing.

Courtenay was sleeping Saturday when she was awakened by firemen who were banging down the door. It seems a house guest had left a flat iron on the bed and the mattress got so hot it exploded in flames.

In fact, Matt didn't even suffer a heart attack at all -- it was vertigo. Still, the Internet was burning with rumors that he was in bad shape ... or even dead.

But Roloff tells us, "Although having a dizzy case of vertigo ... I am very much alive and healthy and would like to thank all my friends and fans for their concern."

We're told Matt didn't even need to go to the hospital for the incident on the show -- and has since been treating his Vertigo with medication.

TMZ has learned Randy Jackson -- MJ's brother -- was extra cautious about handling his chest pains yesterday because he's experienced a heart attack in the past.

As we previously reported, Randy checked himself into a Pasadena hospital yesterday -- but a rep from the family tells us Randy is now back at home and "doing OK."

TMZ has confirmed Randy Jackson was taken to the hospital today after suffering from chest pains.

A Jackson family rep tells us Randy is still at the hospital -- Huntington Memorial in Pasadena -- and she doesn't know how long he'll be there.

The rep says, "He's ok," adding it was a precautionary move.

Randy was in court yesterday for the Conrad Murray hearing.

UPDATE: We're told Randy was not taken by ambulance... he walked into the hospital and is still there for tests.
