A woman who claims she suffered a gash in her arm that required 12 stitches after she was caught up in the Chris Brown/Drake fight madness has hired a lawyer and plans to sue ... TMZ has learned.

Javier Solano, a lawyer representing a woman named Lucy Pavlovsky tells TMZ his client was in the VIP section at W.i.P. Nightclub when the fight went down. He says Lucy ducked down when the bottles started flying and didn't notice her arm was cut -- "gushing blood," in her words -- until she was making her way out of the club.

Solano says Lucy took a cab to the nearest hospital, and got a total of 12 stitches to close up two cuts on her arm -- and also got a tetanus shot.

According to Solano, Lucy was interviewed by NYPD officers on Friday ...who said they were gathering evidence for a possible criminal complaint.

Solano says Lucy's lawsuit would be against the club -- but hinted Drake and/or Brown could be included, saying ... "At this moment we are exploring all options on who will become a defendant.

The stage at Downsview Park in Toronto collapsed before Radiohead was set to perform, injuring three and killing one.

The CBC is reporting one of the injured was transported to Sunnybrook Hospital in serious condition while the other two were being assessed at the scene.

The concert was cancelled following the accident. It is unclear what caused the stage to collapse.

The band posted this message on their Twitter page, "Due to unforeseen circumstances tonight's at downsview park tonight has been cancelled. Fans are advised not to make their way to the venue."

Today marks the 15-year anniversary of the release of Radiohead's classic album, "OK Computer."

Rapper Tone Loc collapsed on stage last night during his concert, after suffering from heat exhaustion, TMZ has learned.

The "Wild Thing" rapper was performing Friday night at The Moody Theater in Austin, TX ... when he suddenly hit the deck mid-performance.

Loc's manager tells TMZ ... the inside of the venue felt like it was over 100 degrees, which caused the rapper to fall. He was immediately helped off stage, given water and cooled off for 30 minutes before returning to finish his set.

According to tweets from numerous eye witnesses however, the rapper weirdly performed the exact same songs as before the fall.

This isn't the first time Loc has taken a nose-dive mid-concert. In 2009 he was rushed to a Florida hospital after collapsing on stage and in 2011 he was hospitalized in Atlanta for exhaustion after another mid-rap fall.

Another innocent female victim in the Chris Brown vs. Drake fight ... who claims she was also hit by a flying bottle when things got violent inside of the W.i.P. nightclub.

TMZ spoke with 21-year-old Veronica ... who tells us she was hanging at a table with her friends Wednesday night when the brawl broke out.

“I heard people screaming ... so I tried to get away from the action and hid behind a couch."

While she was trying to hide, Veronica says someone trampled her, stepping on her head, which caused a massive knot on her forehead. Veronica claims she also suffered a deep gash on her hand, which she says was caused by a bottle.

Veronica was taken to an ambulance .. where she saw another female victim, Hollie C., who had also been hit by a bottle and was gushing blood from her forehead.

The bottle that split open the head of Chris Brown's GIGANTIC bodyguard Wednesday night was thrown by a member of Team Breezy ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple witnesses say ... Brown's hired muscle, Big Pat, was standing in front of Chris when the bottles started flying. We're told Big Pat turned towards Chris ... when someone in Brown's own entourage fired a bottle intended for Drake's party, but missed ... bad.

Instead, the bottle connected with Big Pat's face at extremely close range ... and opened a giant bloody gash on his forehead. Pat ended up suffering the worst injuries of anyone in the club -- ironically from his own posse.

We have more specifics. We're told Lindsay wasn't feeling well after complaining of exhaustion, she called someone from the "Liz and Dick" production team early this morning, and the team sent a private doctor to check on her. Before arriving, the doctor called the hotel and asked someone to check on Lindsay. Someone from the hotel went to her door, "checked on her" and determined she was "unresponsive." The hotel then called 911.

Lindsay's rep says it was someone from the production team who called 911.

Paramedics rushed to Lindsay Lohan early today after she was found non-responsive at a hotel by the ocean in L.A.

Sources tell TMZ ... Lindsay had been shooting almost non-stop without sleep for 2 days and was staying at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Marina del Rey to get some shut eye. She has been shooting parts of her movie near the hotel.

We're told someone became alarmed because they could not wake her up and the person called 911.

Paramedics responded, and determined nothing was wrong with Lindsay. They left without transporting her to the hospital.

Lindsay is back on set shooting her Lifetime movie, "Liz and Dick."

NBA superstar Tony Parker says he suffered a serious eye injury during the Chris Brown vs. Drake bottle-tossing mega-brawl.

Parker was inside club W.i.P in NYC Wednesday night when the bottle and the fists began to fly.

Parker addressed the media today and said he got some shards of glass in his eye during the melee.

"I was there with a bunch of friends when a fight broke out. They started to throw bottles about. I got it all."

Parker continued, "The cornea has been touched. I can't do anything for seven days. But I was lucky. The injury won't prevent me from competing in the Olympics in any way."

TMZ has obtained a photo of Chris Brown inside a NYC nightclub, taken seconds before he got clocked with a champagne bottle in a brawl with Drake's posse -- and he looks totally oblivious to the violence about to erupt.

In the photo, Chris is shirtless and holding a bottle of Ace of Spades champagne … surrounded by fans, friends -- and his bodyguard, Big Pat, who ended up hospitalized with a massive gash to his forehead after the brawl broke out in W.i.P. Nightclub early Thursday.

According to several eyewitnesses, Drake and Chris had been jawing at each other leading up to the brawl -- still, Chris doesn't look the least bit concerned in the photo.

We also obtained pics of Drake -- taken minutes earlier -- and rapper Juelz Santana is already standing next to him. We're told Juelz, Meek Mill, and Trav B all stepped up for Drake … and eventually tussled with Chris and his crew.

As TMZ first reported, NYPD officers have spoken to Chris, Drake and their attorneys. Neither has been named a suspect in the beatdown.

Last night, Rihanna hit the club scene in NYC -- but when she was asked about the Drake vs. Chris Brown brawl ... she bobbed and weaved like a prize fighter.

Chris Brown has spoken with New York Police Dept. detectives about the bar fight that left a gash in his chin ... and law enforcement sources tell us his lawyer has given the NYPD "physical evidence" which allegedly shows Drake was involved in the melee.

We're told Chris' lawyer, Mark Geragos, went to the NYPD late Thursday to present evidence showing that Drake and Meek Mill were the aggressors, but earlier in the day Chris spoke with Detectives at an undisclosed location in NYC. Cops tell us Chris is not currently a suspect but rather "a witness and a victim." We're also told Drake is not currently a suspect.

On the other side, we're told Drake has been "cooperating" with authorities, but we do not know if he has spoken to cops -- it appears his representatives have had conversations with detectives.

Sources tell us ... the bad guy here may be someone in Chris' camp, who was inciting Drake and his people all night.

The woman whose face was ripped open by a flying glass bottle in the Chris Brown vs. Drake club brawl is blaming the incident solely on the "stupid famous people" involved.

Moments after 24-year-old Hollie C. returned from a night in the hospital -- where she received 16 stitches in her head -- the Australian tourist recorded an emotional video to express her anger at the situation.

"Where's the justice in them driving away in a limo while I had to catch the train home on one of my holidays?"

TMZ broke the story ... Hollie was hanging out inside club W.i.P. on Wednesday night when the brawl broke out ... and someone threw a bottle that smashed her directly in the forehead.

Hollie -- who said she drifted in and out of consciousness -- was separated from her friends and transported to a nearby hospital ... where she was treated overnight ... and sent on her way by herself early Thursday morning.

More bloody heads -- Chris Brown's bodyguard Big Pat was also hospitalized last night with a GIANT GASH on his forehead, following the massive bottle-hurling brawl at W.i.P nightclub in NYC.

The photo surfaced on Twitter earlier today -- showing Big Pat in a hospital gurney, blood gushing all over the place. It's unclear exactly how BP got hurt or who's responsible for the damage.

An innocent female clubgoer was gushing blood last night ... after she was struck by a flying bottle in the middle of the Chris Brown nightclub brawl ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ spoke with Hollie C. -- a 24-year-old Australian tourist who went to club W.i.P. Wednesday night with some friends.

Hollie tells us she was hanging out and having a good time when the brawl exploded between Brown's entourage and Drake's entourage.

Hollie tells us, "Within a few moments of noticing glass being thrown around, I saw a glass bottle headed towards me; consequently hitting me in the head."

"I immediately started to bleed and proceeded to fall in and out of consciousness."

Hollie says ... in the midst of the chaos, she was transported to a local hospital by herself where she received 16 stitches to close up the bloody gash. She also received a tetanus shot.

10:55 AM PT -- Drake's rep just issued a statement about the incident, insisting Drizzy wasn't involved in the brawl at all ... the beef was between CB and another rapper named Meek Mill.

10:15 AM PT -- A witness who was inside the club tells TMZ ... Chris Brown did NOT send any bottles over to Drake's table, despite several reports to the contrary.

We're told both Brown and Drake had been hanging out in the VIP section ... when Drake began pointing and yelling at Brown.

Brown began yelling back ... and that's when members of both entourages rushed in and began shoving each other.

With tensions running high, someone threw a bottle -- which set the whole thing off ... and the shoving turned to punches.

We're told club security rushed in to break up the fight ... and called police for backup. Brown and Drake left the scene by the time cops showed up ... but several members of their entourages remained at the club. Multiple members of both crews required medical assistance.

We're told the club suffered some serious damage in the fight -- including busted up tables, broken mirrors, shattered lighting and glass scratches all over the floors.

Chris Brown sustained a nasty gash on his chin -- apparently a wound from a bottle attack -- after his entourage allegedly clashed with Drake's crew in a NYC nightclub brawl.

TMZ has confirmed with the NYPD that the two singers' crews got into a fight at WIP nightclub -- 5 people were injured in the melee.

NYPD arrived on the scene after receiving a call between 4 and 5am. Chris and Drake were not present when cops arrived.

These pics are GNARLY -- a bouncer's finger was cut open like a fish after rapper Machine Gun Kelly allegedly threw a bottle at him ... and now, the guy's suing ... big time.

The security guard -- a guy named William Long -- filed the lawsuit in Florida, claiming MGK used a liquor bottle as a weapon to slice his finger during a massive bar brawl back in January.

Long's lawyer James Flynn tells TMZ, the injury occurred after MGK pegged a bottle at Long inside the bar ... and the shrapnel nearly sliced his finger off clean. Just take a look at the pics.

TMZ broke the story ... MGK was arrested for disorderly conduct following the incident -- and boasted about it afterwards, tweeting, "Just spent my entire night in a f**king Florida jail...s**t escaladed way to quick last night, it always does with us though."

According to the lawsuit, MGK's shenanigans put Long in the hospital for 8 days ... a stint that also included 2 separate surgeries.

Long's now suing for unspecified damages -- well in excess of $15,000.

"Good Morning America" anchor Robin Roberts has announced she was just diagnosed with a serious blood and bone marrow disease ... but says she's determined to beat it.

51-year-old Roberts just released a statement saying, "Today, I want to let you know that I’ve been diagnosed with MDS or myelodysplastic syndrome. It's a disease of the blood and bone marrow and was once known as preleukemia."

She explains, "As many of you know, 5 years ago I beat breast cancer. I’ve always been a fighter, and with all of your prayers and support, a winner. Sometimes the treatment for cancer can cause other serious medical problems."

"My doctors tell me I'm going to beat this -- and I know it's true."

Roberts says she will begin pre-treatment starting today -- chemotherapy in advance of a bone marrow transplant later this year.

Real-life tragedy struck the home of "General Hospital" star Maurice Benard Monday -- TMZ has learned, a tiny fire broke out in the actor's home ... and several innocent stuffed animals met their demise.

Law enforcement tells TMZ, the fire started in the bathroom at Maurice's Temecula, CA home around 10:30 AM after someone left a towel over a light fixture.

Firefighters rushed to the scene and successfully extinguished the conflagration -- but not everyone made it out alive. We're told a bunch of stuffed animals belonging to Maurice's 7-year-old son fell victim to smoke inhalation.

We're told there was so much smoke in the house, the stuffed animals are no longer safe to play with -- and have to be thrown out.
