The woman who designed the necklace that Lindsay Lohan allegedly stole from an L.A. jewelry store tells TMZ, "I'm flattered that she likes it!"
Pratima Sethi, who designed the one-of-a-kind necklace that has become an albatross around Lindsay's neck, says the whole shoplifting thing doesn't concern her. The San Francisco designer says, "I'm a simple person. I am so far removed from the incident. I just sold the piece to the store."
Too bad for Lindsay ... if Sethi made crappy necklaces, it could have been a misdemeanor.

'Teen Mom' Amber Lays A Hand on Baby Daddy

Moments after a judge lifted the ex-couple's no-contact order -- "Teen Mom" Amber Portwood once again got extremely physical with her baby daddy Gary Shirley ... holding the guy's hand like a boss.
Although the two arrived to the Indiana court separately -- the on-again off-again parents quickly joined forces after the judge modified the existing order ... finally allowing the couple to hang out as they please.
But as we first reported, there's a slight catch -- Amber and Gary still can't be in the same room with their daughter Leah ... unless they're trading custody.
Amber still faces two felony counts of domestic battery, one felony count of neglect of a dependent, and one misdemeanor count of domestic battery ... for unleashing an ungodly beatdown on G-man.

Tyrone Burton -- who starred in "That's So Raven" and "The Parent 'Hood" -- was handcuffed this afternoon in L.A. on suspicion of hocking bootleg DVDs ... TMZ has learned.
Burton was selling the discs on a sidewalk in Hollywood when cops busted him -- but law enforcement sources tell us, they didn't find any evidence that he had broken the law ... so they let him go.
