"Teen Mom" star Catelynn Lowell -- the girl who gave her baby up for adoption on the show -- got into some serious HIGH jinks this summer, ripping a massive bong at a party with friends.

The photo -- obtained by TMZ -- tells the story. It was snapped last month at a friend's get-together in Michigan -- showing Catelynn in rolled up jeans, igniting some sizable glassware ... and taking a big ol' hit.

Catelynn could've been the one "Teen Mom" star who ever appeared responsible and smart.

Heidi Klum and her bodyguard/boyfriend Martin Kirsten were spotted this morning leaving the Beverly Hills Hotel after having breakfast together.

Heidi told Katie Couric this week that the two are "seeing" each other -- but despite Seal's claims, the relationship began after she split from him.

On her last trip to NYC, Heidi used a different bodyguard, giving her man the day off.

Yeah, Mark Sanchez and Eva Longoria are definitely doing it.

The freshly-minted couple left the Ritz-Carlton in NYC for a late night dinner at the uber-fancy French restaurant Daniel.

The New York Jets QB is 25 -- she's 37.

Having just divorced another professional athlete -- NBA star Tony Parker -- Eva's clearly got a thing. As for Sanchez, he was previously banging 20-year-old Kate Upton.

So we gotta ask ...

Heidi Klum's boyfriend -- formerly known as "The Help" -- was pulled over in L.A. earlier today ... after cops caught him doing the same thing everyone in L.A. does all the time ... texting while driving.

TMZ has learned ... Martin Kristen was pulled over on the 405 Freeway near the Sunset exit ... after a California Highway Patrol officer noticed the guy texting while driving a black Mercedes Benz passenger van.

Cops tell us Martin was cited and sent on his way.

We're told Heidi was NOT in the car at the time of the incident ... and obviously, neither was Seal.

Stacy Keibler doused herself in George Clooney repellent yesterday, trying on a giant yellow diamond ring designed by Jacob Arabo ... aka Jacob the Jeweler, jeweler of the stars.

Clooney, the world's most infamous bachelor, has long maintained he will never get married again (he was married for a few years to actress Talia Balsam).

His last girlfriend, Elisabetta Canalis, told an Italian magazine in 2009 that she hoped to be a bride someday. Less than two weeks later, they broke up.

A source close to Stacy says don't read too much into the pics -- it was just an event, and Stacy was asked by Jacob to wear the ring.

Honey Boo Boo's papa Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson got himself a boo boo of his own yesterday... busting up his foot in a freak "mud boggin'" accident ... TMZ has learned.

For you city folk out there -- "mud boggin'" is basically when you take an off-road vehicle and race it through the mud. It's pretty awesome ... in a redneck sorta way.

Sugar Bear was boggin' his ATV at the time of the accident -- it's unclear if Sugar Bear broke any bones in the wreck ... but he was spotted rockin' a fresh pair of crutches outside of his Georgia home yesterday.

BTW -- nice pants.

Of course, an accident was bound to happen -- Sugar Bear and his buddies get up to some pretty insane ATV shenanigans ... just check this clip.

Amanda Bynes was driving aimlessly for hours Tuesday ... while smoking out of what appears to be a marijuana pipe and tooling around L.A. on a suspended license.

The photos -- obtained by TMZ -- show Bynes taking multiple hits out of a pipe that is designed to look like a cigarette lighter in your car.

In one shot, you see what appears to be remnants of marijuana in a cup holder. Some of the nugs appear burnt -- as if they had already been smoked.

The car is a mess. Trash is strewn everywhere. There are stains on the seat, empty bottles, dog hair and various other items.

Amanda started her journey at Baja Fresh in the San Fernando Valley, where she smoked from the pipe in the restaurant parking lot and ate tacos. She then went to a spa, where she spent 3 hours. We're told Amanda then drove without purpose for several hours, sometimes cutting off other drivers and violating various traffic laws. Amanda ended up at Home Depot, where she again took a hit from the pipe in the parking lot.

TMZ has confirmed ... Amanda is driving illegally, because the DMV suspended her license on August 25. As for why her license was yanked, we believe it's because she refused to take a sobriety test when she was busted for DUI in April. In California, such refusal results in automatic license suspension.

TMZ broke the story ... Amanda has been charged with 2 hit-and-runs and various drivers have complained that she has either hit them as well or created peril.

7:19 AM PT -- We now know what Amanda was buying at Home Depot -- multi-colored light bulbs ... including a pink one.

The 27-year-old mother of one is very, very good for the environment.

Hayden Christensen is hauling his stuff out of his fiancee Rachel Bilson's L.A. house -- and he's bringing her crap with him -- because the "OC" actress just sold the place for big money.

Sources close to Bilson tell us, Rachel recently attempted to sell the house, but took it off the market when she didn't get the offer she was looking for.

We're told that changed very recently -- when a prospective buyer re-approached Bilson with a heftier offer on the home ... an offer that was so good, Bilson just couldn't turn it down .. so she and Hayden are moving out.

We're told Bilson is currently looking for a replacement.

As we previously reported, Duncan passed away last week from complications stemming from a heart attack he suffered back in July. Duncan was 54-years-old.

Peaches seemed to have the whole stroller-pushing thing down pat -- until she hit a pothole, and the stroller flipped upside down ... with her 5-month-old baby still inside.

The kid tumbled out onto the sidewalk and Peaches jumped into action -- all without hanging up her phone. As far as we know the baby's fine ... for now.

Peaches gave birth to Astala Dylan Willow Geldof-Cohen in April. The boy's father is British punk singer Thomas Cohen (from the band S.C.U.M.).

While promoting "On the Road," Kristen was asked how she and estranged boyfriend Robert Pattinson would handle doing press together for the new "Twilight" movie, she told reporters, "We're going to be fine. We're totally fine."

LeAnn Rimes belted out some tear-jerking tunes last night ... marking her first public appearance since checking herself into a treatment center last month.

The country singer took a break from her 30-day recovery center -- where she checked in on Aug. 29 for "stress and anxiety" -- to perform at the Eau Claire Regional Arts Center in Wisconsin.

Rimes played a full 70 minute set despite her recent breakdown -- which stemmed from a public battle with a group on Twitter ... who kept blasting Rimes for her relationship with Eddie Cibrian.
