Party All The Time

No one makes it rain like sexually repressed old white men -- at least according to a manager at a strip club in Tampa, who tells TMZ the club's business has DOUBLED ever since the Republican National Convention rolled into town.

The manager at Skin Tampa tells us, the club has been sending its hottest girls to the RNC with cards and flyers -- offering free entry to anyone attending the convention -- and the response has been insane.

The manager says the club's traffic has exploded thanks to the special RNC deal -- and revenue has doubled with it.

But the club isn't stopping there -- according to the manager, it's going the extra mile to welcome everyone at the RNC, decking the place out with Republican-themed decorations.

Tom Cruise crashed the London club scene last night ... but he wasn't there to party ... he was there to support his son who was DJing at one of the biggest nightclubs in town.

Cruise rolled into Chinawhite ... where a TON of Olympians partied during and after the games. It's also where Tom's 17-year-old son Connor -- aka DJ C-Squared -- was set to perform Thursday.

Sources tell us ... Tom wanted to surprise Connor ... and arranged to quietly enter the club through a neighboring souvenir shop so Connor couldn't see him coming.

We're told Connor LOVED the surprise ... and the two hugged it out and talked before the set.

Sources close to Tom tell us ... Cruise spent 2 hours in the VIP area ... and raved about how "very proud" he is of his son.

Grab your stick ... with both hands ... 'cause it's time for a full tour of the Las Vegas hotel suite where Prince Harry ran around naked ... starting with the billiards room!!

TMZ has obtained pics of the VIP room at Wynn's Encore Tower Suites just like the one Harry stayed in when he ran around naked with a bunch of chicks this past weekend. According to the Wynn website, the suite is a two-story, 5,829-square foot duplex with 3 master bedrooms.

Each bathroom features a steam shower, whirlpool deep-soak tub, His and Hers sinks, separate water closet and bidet.

So how much does a room like this cost?? A rep for the hotel tells us it generally runs $6,000 per night during the week ... and $8,000 per night on the weekends.

Prince Harry put the crown jewels on display in Vegas this weekend ... getting BARE ASS NAKED during a game of strip billiards with a room full of friends in his VIP suite.
It all went down Friday night during a raging party in a high rollers hotel suite.

We're told Harry, along with a large entourage, went down to the hotel bar and met a bunch of hot chicks ... and invited them up to his VIP suite.

Once in the room, things got WILD ... with the group playing a game of strip pool that quickly escalated into full-on royal nudity.

In another photo, a naked Harry is bear-hugging a woman who appears to be completely naked as well.

No word on who the women are ... or if they got Harry's phone number.

A rep for the Royal Family tells us, "We have no comment to make on the photos at this time."

Prince Harry was still jonesin for ladies following his naked hotel party in Vegas ... 'cause later that weekend, he was back at the pool scene flirtin' with a bunch of bikini babes.

Harry hit the Encore Beach Club at the Wynn Hotel on Sunday ... where he was playfully splashing around with one girl and high-fiving another ... while hanging in the pool with his buddies.

It's unclear if either of the women were in attendance at His Royal Highness' naked billiards tournament that went down in the Prince's VIP suite Friday night.

All that glitters is not gold ... sometimes it's silver too -- and Michael Phelps partied with BOTH last night in London, hitting up a nightclub with his 2 silver medals from the 2012 Games ... in addition to his 4 gold.

As we reported, Phelps hit the party scene in Soho with his gold medals -- but turns out ... Phelps is an equal opportunity boaster ... bringing out his silver medals too.

According to sources, Lochte -- along with American teammates Nathan Adrian, Cullen Jones, and Matt Grevers -- hit up Chinawhite nightclub in the Big Smoke around 11PM ... and left around 3:30AM.

We're told they drank gold bottles of champagne all night -- obviously -- and even ordered some Patron and Grey Goose for good measure.

But they didn't leave empty-handed -- they piled into a cab with several, very excited females ... one of whom sat on Lochte's lap, placing her fun bags a mere nuzzling distance away from his face.
