Justin Timberlake may've resolved his infamous drunk driving case ... but it's not quite behind him yet, because he's suing to make sure the police body cam never sees the light of day.

JT's legal team filed a complaint Monday in Suffolk County Supreme Court in the state of New York ... basically saying the footage of him getting popped back in June 2024 is no one's damn business ... AKA “an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.”

As you recall ... Justin made major headlines after he was arrested in Sag Harbor that summer on suspicion of DWI -- which resulted in a viral mugshot -- and plenty of those "ruin the tour" memes.

Buford's Backyard Beer Garden was packed near closing time with hundreds of people out for drinks and dancing when a male suspect opened fire just before 2 AM in the entertainment district near the University of Texas. 

Witnesses described an explosion of panic as shots rang out, sending crowds sprinting for cover. Emergency crews flooded the scene within a minute of the first 911 calls.

Up-and-coming rapper Luci4 was found dead in an L.A. residence on Sunday ... and now we're learning more about his movements hours prior to his death.

We broke the news ... the rapper -- best known for his viral hit "BodyPartz" -- was found dead at a friend's house at the age of 23. His cause of death has yet to be determined ... and his family wants answers.

The father of Luci4 -- born James Dear IV -- tells TMZ ... last Saturday, his son was running late to catch a 10:52 PM flight to Miami for a concert.

There was a pre-boarding issue with TSA … and James got super upset, which is when his father says LAX Police got involved -- and he was detained.

Here's the dispatch audio from the fatal barn fire that killed "The Wire" actor Bobby J. Brown ... and you hear dispatchers saying he's trapped in the building after trying to start an old Cadillac.

TMZ obtained the dispatch audio, which also reveals Bobby's wife called for help. It sounds like a huge inferno, the barn is 50-feet-by-100 and -- by the end of the call -- it's all up in flames.

We broke the story ... Bobby died Tuesday from smoke inhalation. The deadly fire started after Bobby entered the barn to jump-start a car. His wife suffered severe burns trying to save him.

3:37 PM PT -- A source connected to the investigation tells TMZ ... the FBI has looked at the video and says it's a dead end ... the area where the cars are driving as well as the ingress and egress has led the Agency to the conclusion the cars have no association with the kidnapping.

Update in the Nancy Guthrie kidnapping case ... a never-before-seen video has surfaced from early on the morning of Feb. 1, the day investigators believe Nancy was taken.

The video, recorded about 2.5 miles away from Nancy's Tucson, Arizona home, shows vehicles speeding by, which could lead to more clues.

Fox News reports the footage comes from a house in the Catalina Foothills neighborhood -- about 7 minutes from Nancy's house -- from a street-facing Ring camera. The property reportedly sits on a back road and avoids major intersections.

The time stamp on the video shows the footage was recorded from about 12:30 AM to 6 AM Mountain Time.

Escaped Inmate Manhunt Underway Outside L.A.

Law enforcement is searching for an escaped inmate in a dense area of Los Angeles County ... and cops say the inmate fled from a hospital where they were getting treatment.

The manhunt is going down right now in Torrance, in the southwestern part of the metro area ... where police say an inmate escaped from custody during medical treatment at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center.

Cops have set up a perimeter and are searching the area ... and there are reports the escaped inmate is a felony suspect who may be holed up in a home near the hospital.

Police helicopters are circling the skies and there are SWAT teams on the ground.

Food Network Star Anne Burrell Medics Did Not Give Her Narcan at Scene

More news following the tragic death of late Food Network star Anne Burrell ... authorities say medics did not attempt to revive her with Narcan, because she was already dead when they found her.

According to a police report, reviewed by TMZ ... Anne's husband, Stuart Claxton, found her body lying face-up on the shower floor of a bathroom in their Brooklyn home at 7:40 AM on June 17 last year. When emergency responders arrived, they pronounced Anne dead at 8 AM, the report said.

Police say they found "numerous over-the-counter medications mixed in a bowl" in the vicinity of Anne's body.

'RHOSLC' Mary Cosby's Son Robert Charged With DV Assault Weeks Before Death

Mary Cosby's son, Robert Cosby Jr., was facing two more domestic violence charges at the time of his death ... TMZ has learned.

The reality star's son was charged with felony aggravated assault, and felony assault -- both domestic violence counts -- earlier this month ... and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

According to cops ... the alleged victim came to them on November 23, 2025 -- days before Cosby was to be arraigned in another assault case -- claiming Cosby became angry with her when she flushed his drugs down the toilet in May 2024. The latest charges came on February 5.

Audio of a 911 call from a Las Vegas mother-daughter murder-suicide before a cheer competition this month has been released by police ... revealing the moment officers responded to their hotel room, as well as the missing-person report the girl's father called in.

In the audio, obtained by TMZ, the first call to Las Vegas Metropolitan PD comes in from the local fire department, asking for an ambulance response to the Rio Hotel & Resort for 2 patients at the scene ... each suffering a gunshot wound to the head.

The caller notes a medication bottle located in the room with the mother's name on the label. Later, the fire department calls LVMPD back and confirms the incident was a murder-suicide involving mother and a juvenile.

Dispatch audio recorded the moment authorities raced to a reported shooting at the home of Martin Short's daughter, Katherine ... revealing the person who called in the incident was unable to enter the bedroom.

In the audio obtained by TMZ ... LAFD firefighters are heard responding to a call on Katherine's street Monday evening, initially for a shooting. Later, one firefighter asks if they are clear to enter, then confirms the incident was "self-inflicted" -- stating the caller is there with the patient but unable to enter the bedroom.

TMZ was first to report the devastating loss of Katherine Short, who took her own life Monday at her Los Angeles home. Law enforcement sources told us LAPD and the fire department responded to her place in the Hollywood Hills shortly after 6:40 PM PT, where she was found deceased.

Rapper Luci4 -- best known for his viral hit "BodyPartz" -- has died at 23.

The L.A. County Medical Examiner confirms Luci4 -- born James Dear -- passed away, though his cause of death is still unknown. His grandparents tell TMZ he died February 22, sometime at a friend’s house in Los Angeles.

They say they don’t know what happened yet -- but they’re suspicious. According to them, his wallet was completely emptied, and they had recently warned him about the people he’d been spending time with as his fame started taking off.

Ray J Cops Show Up To House After DV Call

Police were called to Ray J's Los Angeles area home over the weekend for an alleged domestic violence incident ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the LAPD received a call around 2 AM Saturday for a battery domestic violence report at the residence. We're told the alleged suspect was an ex-partner -- a 30-year-old Persian female wearing yellow.

Our sources say officers responded to the scene to investigate, but when they arrived, neither party involved was willing to speak with cops. According to our sources, without a cooperating victim or witness, officers were unable to move forward and ultimately cleared the scene.

'American Idol' Alum Caleb Flynn Shot Wife To Death With Their Kids In Other Room: Court Docs

The "American Idol" alum charged with murdering his wife allegedly shot her inside their Ohio home while their two children slept in another room, according to a new report.

Caleb Flynn was arrested Thursday on charges of murder, assault and tampering with evidence in connection with the fatal shooting of his wife Ashley in their Tipp City home, just north of Dayton, police said. 

The Dayton Daily News obtained a police affidavit, stating the couple's two daughters were home at the time of the shooting, but did not wake up and were still in their bedroom when police arrived on scene. The family's two Goldendoodles were also in the house during the shooting, according to the affidavit.

Police say Caleb shot Ashley in the head but tried to cover up the murder by trying to make it look like a fatal home invasion burglary. Cops found Ashley in bed with at least one gunshot wound to the head and two spent shells on the floor nearby, the docs say.

According to a Kirkwood Police Department report, Meghan drove to the station in Missouri in September 2025 to report alleged threatening phone calls she'd been getting.

Meghan told an officer she'd been receiving consistent calls from an unknown person threatening to hurt her and her kids. Meghan claimed she was getting the calls for the past 2 months ... but said it had gotten increasingly worse over the prior 2 days. She told the officer the person had been making “crazed overt threats” and making less and less sense.
