Check it out ... Katy was all smiles on August 15, 2010, crashing a high school prom at Melbourne’s Grand Hyatt, where she grabbed a mic and belted out a few songs, including Beyoncé's "Single Ladies." Ruby was with her at the time, though she’s nowhere to be seen in the shots.

From there, the pair later hit Melbourne nightclub Spice Market -- the same spot Ruby claims things took a dark turn. Since the "Orange Is the New Black" star came forward with these allegations ... a police probe has been sparked in Australia.

Katy Perry is being investigated by the police in Australia following Ruby Rose's shocking claims the singer sexually assaulted her over 15 years ago.

In a statement to TMZ, the Victoria Police say detectives are investigating a historical sexual assault that occurred in Melbourne in 2010, adding that the incident allegedly occurred at a licensed premises in the Central Business District.

As a result, Ruby wrote on Threads she's no longer allowed to speak about the case after the actress filed a police report with her allegations against Katy, who categorially denies the incident.

Eric Swalwell's latest accuser, Lonna Drewes, says the disgraced politician drugged and raped her in 2018 ... and she's planning on filing a police report.

In a press conference Tuesday, Lonna said she was a model in Beverly Hills at the time as well as the owner of a software company, which she says Swalwell offered to assist her with.

Lonna claims Swalwell invited her to an event when his wife was pregnant and accuses Swalwell of drugging her drink. She says, despite only having one glass of wine, she was rendered incapacitated and found herself in Swalwell's hotel room, unable to move, while she alleges he choked and sexually assaulted her.
