D'Andra Simmons has revealed she's been diagnosed with breast cancer.

The 56-year-old reality star opened up about her diagnosis for the first time on Instagram Monday sharing she's receiving care at the UTSW Simmons Cancer Center, which her uncle and his foundation established almost 30 years ago.

Simmons said she had a tumor and underwent a series of procedures. In her Instagram Stories, she explained doctors performed a technique that places a small radioactive seed at the tumor site to guide surgical removal followed by lymph node mapping, and then surgery.

'RHOC's Vicki Gunvalson claims she contracted the same parasite that's been disfiguring Brandi Glanville's face while on the 2023 "Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip" ... and didn't hold back while talking about the uncomfortable symptoms they've experienced.

Vicki joined Bravo star Jeff Lewis on his "Jeff Lewis Live" podcast, released Thursday ... and expressed her sympathy for Brandi, saying "Brandi is in so much pain. She’s got a very large parasite."

When asked if she thought Brandi picked up the parasite during filming of 'UGT,' VG said "100 percent!"

10:28 AM PT -- Edwin Arroyave just shared home security footage to his Instagram in which you see the suspects jump over the gate at the driveway and storm the property. He says the idea for his security company came from past trauma of having a gun held to his head at 8 years old.

8:53 AM PT -- Teddi Mellencamp and Edwin Arroyave tell TMZ ... “We are grateful that everyone is unharmed. While we are shaken, we are fortunate to have the latest in home security systems, which scared off the intruders. Authorities were alerted and swiftly responded. We appreciate everyone’s heightened concern in light of recent criminal activities in our area, but we are safe.”

Teddi Mellencamp is dealing with some trouble at home ... because there was an attempted burglary at her Los Angeles pad.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... two people attempted to enter the premises of the Encino home belonging to Teddi and her husband Edwin Arroyave on Monday night.

The home's security system immediately signaled that intruders were attempting to access the property.

The reality star announced her departure in an Instagram post Monday, writing, "I decided to walk away from something that no longer serves me because I choose peace over destroying my mental [health]."
