Jelly Roll says stepping out on his wife was one of the worst mistakes of his life ... and, while he wishes he could take it back, he says he's proud of the person he's become in the years since.

The singer-songwriter got real about his mistake during Tuesday's episode of the "Human School" podcast ... calling the affair a really horrible moment for him because he realized he simply couldn't seem to get life right.

As JR explains it, he knew he was head over heels for Bunnie XO ... so, cheating on her really hit him hard -- acting as a sort of wakeup call for the star.

"Ghost Adventures" star Aaron Goodwin learned his wife was trying to make him a ghost while shooting the show ... and the clip airs on today's episode.

It all went down while the 'GA' squad was filming a lockdown investigation for the show. That's when cops contacted Aaron to inform him his wife, Victoria, had been arrested in connection with an alleged murder-for-hire plot to have him killed.

JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes turned up the PDA during their red carpet debut Tuesday night!

Al Pacino's baby mama, Noor Alfallah, gave us a little peek into what it's like co-parenting with the Oscar winner ... and she proudly admits Al really puts the time in.

TMZ caught up with Noor on Tuesday outside the Beverly Hills Hotel, where the black-haired beauty was a fountain of information about her relationship with Al, telling us she's with the Hollywood legend every day. And that's despite their age gap ... Noor's 31 and Al's 85.

Noor put it to us this way, "Who doesn't want to be together with him? He's the coolest guy."

Dax Shepard's been pretty open about his marriage with Kristen Bell in the past, and he took it a step further on Tuesday when he spoke about his relationship with his ex Briegh Morrison -- when she was right behind him!

The conversation went down during a special segment of his widely popular "Armchair Expert" podcast titled "Mom's Car," where he drove Morrison around in Bell's car and did a deep dive into their romance, which lasted nine years.

At one point, Shepard told his ex -- with whom he had an open relationship -- he ended up developing a "deep fear" of never finding love again after their split, which was apparently amicable.

Briegh also weighed in on the breakup and said she saw herself settling down and starting a family with the actor ... which obviously didn't pan out in the end. She eventually found love and ended up with Marvel exec Brad Winderbaum, according to E! News.

Although Shepard described himself as "disoriented" after the split, he admitted he stayed close with Morrison -- now Mrs. Winderbaum -- and revealed she'd hang around his house, and eventually built a rapport with Bell.

Oh, and it's worth noting the actor claimed he's friends with all of his exes -- which stood in contrast to his now-wife Kristen, who wasn't exactly as friendly with her former partners.

Lori Loughlin has separated from estranged husband Mossimo Giannulli, but if she thinks she's going to get a chunk of the fashion designer's fortune in the split, she might have to think again.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... a prenuptial agreement Lori signed when she married Mossimo in 1997 provides their assets are separate property. We're told it's something Mossimo insisted on before they married.

What's more ... Mossimo was worth north of $100 million at the time. It's unclear if the prenup changed, but if it didn't, it looks like she's screwed.

Callum Turner's a pretty lucky guy, given his engagement to Dua Lipa ... and he just revealed the pickup line he used on her when they first met.
