The NFL star held a "Wellness Wonderland" women's function on Monday ... explaining, "I want to take some time to appreciate some hardworking women in the world and their little ones."

That included Cardi -- his girlfriend and the mother of his son -- who got directly involved by joining Diggs on the mats for the event's yoga session.

Bettina also said a few words, telling the clapping crowd it's been "the most unforgettable weekend" of her life and she feels like the "luckiest girl in the world." She also shouted out her future in-laws for hosting such a nice event.

Bill Belichick continues to be the base to Jordon Hudson's flyer ... as the 73-year-old was spotted cheering on his 24-year-old girlfriend at a competition in Atlanta over the weekend.
