Dak Prescott opened up on the death of his teammate, Marshawn Kneeland, on Thursday ... saying he wishes the 24-year-old "didn't have to go through what he went through."

The Dallas Cowboys quarterback addressed the tragedy at a field dedication ceremony at his alma mater, Haughton High School in Louisiana ... admitting it was a "very tough day" for him.

"Tragic loss," Prescott said. "I hurt. Heavy, heavy heart today. I hurt for Marshawn, I hurt for his family, I hurt for his girlfriend. I hurt for every single one of my teammates. It's just a pain that you don't wish upon anybody. You wish none of us had to go through this."

Tragic twist in the case of missing College of Charleston student Owen Kenney ... cops say they have video showing Owen dying by suicide after walking onto a bridge.

Owen, a 19-year-old student, had been missing since the morning of Halloween, and there was a big search effort to find him in South Carolina ... but now those search efforts have changed to recovery efforts.

Charleston Police say they recovered video evidence showing Owen walking onto the Ravenel Bridge pedestrian walkway at 3:49 AM on Oct. 31 and taking his own life.

"Pawn Stars" star Rick Harrison is facing heartbreaking news -- his mother, Joanne Harrison, died yesterday, TMZ has learned.

Rick’s rep, Laura Herlovich, tells TMZ Joanne passed away at a Las Vegas hospital.

We’re told Rick’s keeping things private right now -- understandably so, after losing both parents. His father, Richard Harrison, passed in 2018 from Parkinson’s disease.

It’s another devastating loss for Rick, who also lost his son Adam Harrison in 2024 from an accidental fentanyl and methamphetamine overdose.

Rick had been trying to move forward with life -- even recently popping the question to fiancée Angie Polushkin with a 6.5-carat pear-shaped ring from his own Gold & Silver Pawn Shop.

Joanne was 85.

The NFL world is paying tribute to Marshawn Kneeland following his tragic passing Wednesday night in Texas.

Micah Parsons -- who was teammates with Kneeland before being traded to the Packers during the offseason -- wrote on Instagram, “I’m sorry, little brother. I hope you find peace.”

Marshawn's current teammates have also been sharing condolences on social media ... with the likes of Jake Ferguson, KaVontae Turpin, Damone Clark and Markquese Bell among the many names commenting on the situation.

British actress Pauline Collins -- known for her Oscar-nominated starring role in "Shirley Valentine" -- has reportedly died.

According to Express, Pauline's family confirmed her death in a statement ... "Pauline was so many things to so many people, playing a variety of roles in her life. A bright, sparky, witty presence on stage and screen. Her illustrious career saw her play politicians, mothers and queens. She will always be remembered as the iconic, strong-willed, vivacious and wise Shirley Valentine – a role that she made all her own. We were familiar with all those parts of her because her magic was contained in each one of them."

They continued ... "More than anything, though, she was our loving mum, our wonderful grandma and great-grandma. Warm, funny, generous, thoughtful, wise, she was always there for us. And she was John's life-long love. A partner, work collaborator, and wife of 56 years."

TMZ Sports has obtained police dispatch audio connected to Marshawn Kneeland's death ... which reveals the Dallas Cowboys player told his family goodbye in an apparent mental health episode.

The clip is from late Wednesday night -- operators in Texas are heard relaying information from Kneeland's girlfriend, who stated she received a concerning message from the 24-year-old and was trying to contact the defensive end's agent.

The girlfriend said Kneeland was armed and had a history of mental issues ... and she was quoted saying he would "end it all."

Travel influencer Anunay Sood has died, his family and friends confirmed Thursday on Instagram.

The post reads, "It is with deep sadness that we share the news of our beloved Anunay Sood's passing. We kindly ask for your understanding and privacy as we navigate this difficult time. According to Arab News, the Dubai-based content creator was in Las Vegas on an all-expenses-paid trip from which he was set to return home Tuesday.

Dallas Cowboys defensive end Marshawn Kneeland has died ... the team announced Thursday. He was 24 years old.

"It is with extreme sadness that the Dallas Cowboys share that Marshawn Kneeland tragically passed away this morning," the team said in a statement.

"Marshawn was a beloved teammate and member of our organization. Our thoughts and prayers regarding Marshawn are with his girlfriend Catalina and his family."

Libby Adame -- nicknamed "The Butt Lady" -- was sentenced Wednesday to 15 years to life in prison.

As we reported ... last month Adame was found guilty of second-degree murder and practicing medicine without a license in connection with Cindyana's death.

Influencer Bárbara Jankavski -- known as "Human Barbie" due to her dozens of plastic surgeries -- has died.

The Brazilian influencer died after taking an unknown substance during an encounter with a public defender, according to a police report obtained by CNN Brazil.

The 51-year-old attorney reportedly told police he hired Jankavski for "sexual services," and they both used illicit substances during their time together. He said he realized she wasn't moving after she had fallen asleep ... and immediately called the Mobile Emergency Care Service, which instructed him to perform life-saving aid.

Sarah Paulson says Diane Keaton pulled a move fitting of "The Godfather" himself ... always taking care of the little people working in the restaurants she patronized over the years.

Florida's Orange County Sheriff's Office tells TMZ ... "A woman in her 40s was transported to Celebration Hospital where she passed away."

We're told there were no signs of foul play.

Former President George W. Bush has released a statement honoring the life of his Vice President and friend, Dick Cheney.

George W. called the politician's passing "a loss to the nation and a sorrow to his friends."

He wrote, "History will remember him as among the finest public servants of his generation -- a patriot who brought integrity, high intelligence, and seriousness of purpose to every position he held."
