Elon Musk's ex, Ashley St. Clair, says the X owner alluded to using advanced technology in the 2024 election ... along with gaining sensitive information about voting. A source close to Elon adamantly denies the claims.

The former conservative commentator shared her tale on TikTok Monday ... posting a "Get Ready With Me" vid on the app, during which she explained Musk allegedly told her one night while they were alone that he had a bunch of lasers in space ready to help create an "anomaly in the matrix."

St. Clair says she told Elon not to say more when he said the piece he was talking about shouldn't even be on the proverbial chessboard -- because she didn't want to be deposed later on ... so, he never told her exactly what he meant by the comment.

Gabbie Gonzalez's father, Francisco Gonzalez -- an injury attorney -- may face punishment by the Florida Bar Association ... which opened a disciplinary file after he was charged with conspiring to have singer Jack Avery murdered.

A spokesperson for the Florida Bar tells TMZ ... "We can confirm that a discipline file has been opened on this matter" -- this after Gonzalez was hit with the criminal charge in Los Angeles County.

This begins a process which could lead to potential discipline down the road, including possibly disbarment ... though it could also end without any punishment should the review board decide punishment is unnecessary.

Things got fiery fast in Lower Manhattan Tuesday evening ... when a vehicle burst into flames and exploded just steps away from NYC's iconic Charging Bull statue.

Take a look ... wild video from the Wall Street district shows thick black smoke pouring into the sky as the car -- which appeared to be affiliated with the MTA -- sat engulfed in flames near Broadway and Stone Street.

Onlookers gathered around the chaotic scene -- many pulling out their phones to record as the fire intensified before FDNY crews arrived.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a woman named Yashmine Shauntea West filed a petition for a protective order against Chud in November 2025.
