The Mississippi man who got into it with a dad over bringing his two girls into a women's bathroom may have lost his job ... but he's not going to be arrested or cited by the police, TMZ has learned.

In fact, everyone involved in the heated incident this week at a QuikTrip in Alabama is NOT in trouble with the law, according to police in Pell City.

Pell City Police Chief Justin Cooper tells TMZ ... the two men were involved in an unfortunate incident, but there was no malice shown by either person, and no crime was committed.

Benson Boone and Alix Earle are sparking romance rumors after the two were spotted leaving an apparent dinner date.

The pair appeared comfortable in each other's company as they left Craig's in West Hollywood Thursday night and headed to Benson's car. Benson even opened the passenger-side door for Alix before the two drove off together.

A rep with his real estate agency tells TMZ ... the man was an independent contractor and licensed realtor on a trip not affiliated with the company ... and since the bathroom video made national headlines ... the company decided to no longer use his services -- because their “values” don't align.

TMZ obtained the video and it shows law enforcement arresting 59-year-old Francisco Javier Gonzalez at a residence in Florida on May 18 after authorities discovered he was wanted out of Los Angeles County on serious felony charges.
