Lisa Rinna has some breaking news for everybody ... Mitch McConnell is dead.

Mitch is not dead, we think ... but the actress certainly seems to think so if you look at her TikTok post addressing the Senator saying, "They're keeping him alive like 'Weekend at Bernie's.'"

The era of fearing politicians is clearly over ... because Rinna just couldn't stop herself from uploading the brief but brutal clap at the 84-year-old Senator.

The 78th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards are fast approaching ... and now we're finding out who will be sweating it out on the special night.

Actor Jeff Hiller of "Somebody Somewhere" fame and "The Bear" star Liza Colón-Zayas hosted the nominations special, which kicked off Wednesday morning.

Hit shows like "The Pitt," "Hacks," and "The Bear" were just a few of the hit programs nominated for gold ... while actors like Steve Carell, Chase Infiniti, and Zendaya snagged nominations of their own.

Looks like Liza was cooking with too much grease on an episode or two ... because she showed us the burn she got on her hand while on set ... saying others have healed already, but this one she wears with pride.

Terrence Howard is ratcheting up his legal war with his former talent agents ... claiming they failed to let him know about a chance at getting his own signature fragrance and potentially becoming a Home Shopping Network star.

The actor makes the new claim in a declaration he filed as part of his legal battle with his former talent agency, CAA. Terrence previously sued CAA, claiming they messed up his salary negotiations for "Empire."

Terrence, who played Lucious Lyon on "Empire" for six seasons, claimed the agency did not adequately represent his best interests when negotiating his deal with FOX.

Spencer Pratt didn't win City Hall ... but he still ended up in the Oval Office.

The former Los Angeles mayoral candidate posted a photo with President Trump on Tuesday at the White House ... seated across from the Commander in Chief at the Resolute Desk.

Spencer's seated alongside three others ... including a young boy who appears to be one of the Pratt children.

Spencer posted the image to social media with a message signaling he's not done advocating for Los Angeles, writing ... "I will never stop fighting for my community."

The actress died on Monday at her home in Manhattan ... according to multiple reports. The official cause of death is unclear but Variety reports she died of natural causes.

Kim Kardashian says she still needs court-ordered protection from a man she claims sent her Plan B and a diamond ring ... telling a judge he's as delusional, angry and obsessed as ever.

The reality star's lawyers -- Shawn Holley and Kate Mangels -- filed to extend Kim's restraining order against Nicholas Costanza ... it's set to expire Wednesday and they say Costanza hasn't mellowed out in the slightest.

Kim claims that since the order was issued in July 2021, Costanza's "delusional beliefs, anger and obsession have not improved" ... and she says he's even sent her numerous messages over the years in violation of the court order.

Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith are back under the same roof again ... and have been for a couple years now, according to a source.

An insider told People Jada moved back in with Will "two years ago," saying ... "They are happy and love each other and are, as ever, committed to supporting each other."

The source also told the outlet that Will and Jada spent the 4th of July together in Philly, where Will performed with the Roots at 2 am after a rain delay, adding Jada "was there with him as she always is."

Taylor Frankie Paul has been facing a whirlwind of trouble this year ... and she's now admitting on social media she sought the help of rehabilitation facilities for her own mental health struggles.

TFP put up a post on Sunday on her Instagram story where she goes into detail about how she is handling her mental health, saying she willingly chose to seek help from a facility to help her "reset" and "get away."

This is after Taylor noticed she "needed extra help" ... and it looks like the help got her a 'good antidepressant.'

Congratulations are in order for Nick Viall and Natalie Joy ... they're the proud parents of twin girls!

The happy couple announced the arrival of their baby girls, Dove Tomlin Viall & Iris Parker Viall, on Friday ... calling them their "rainbow babies" after previously suffering 3 miscarriages.

Taylor Frankie Paul just broke her silence on the renewed custody battle with her ex-husband ... and she got real and raw with her accusations towards Dakota Mortensen and Tate Paul.

TFP posted several pictures of injuries she claims were sustained during fights with Dakota ... and said the two men were ganging up on her, using their three shared children as pawns.

TMZ broke the news ... a Utah judge ordered "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star to undergo drug and alcohol testing, and, if the results are clean, she will get to have unsupervised parenting time with their kids. If there's a positive test for any unprescribed drugs or alcohol, however, her parenting will have to be supervised. 

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum Peter Thomas is set to start filming a new reality show following his release from prison, TMZ has learned. 

In new court docs obtained by TMZ, Peter asked the judge presiding over his criminal case about unpaid employment taxes and said he had been approached about a new reality show about rebuilding his life since leaving prison in February. 

He explained he is well-known from his days on 'RHOA' and that he has a large following on social media and as a public speaker. He said he has been using his platform to inform the public of the importance of paying their taxes.

The "High School Musical" star is looking to capitalize on this year's online drama -- involving Ashley, Hilary Duff, Mandy Moore, and Meghan Trainor -- with a new show that's being developed by Netflix ... according to Deadline.

Ashley, who is expected to star in the project, is teaming up with comedian and actress Sabrina Jalees -- known for her work on Amazon's "Transparent" and HBO Max's "Search Party" -- and Ali Wong -- known for her roles in Netflix's "Beef" and "Always Be My Maybe".
