Argentine singer and former model Fede Dorcaz was tragically shot and killed just days before he was set to appear on a Mexican dance competition show.

The 29-year-old was reportedly attacked during an attempted robbery Thursday night in Mexico City, shortly after leaving dance rehearsals to drive home.

According to the Mexico City Secretariat of Public Safety, Dorcaz was shot in the neck while trying to exit a road and died instantly at the scene.

Darius McCrary was arrested near the U.S.-Mexico border in California and he's currently sitting in a San Diego jail ... and it looks like he got picked up on an out-of-state felony charge.

The "Family Matters" alum was busted Sunday by the United States Border Patrol ... according to online records.

Darius' case says this is a "fugitive arrest" and the section of the California Penal Code listed on online records applies to individuals in California who are wanted by another state for a serious crime.

Malcolm Barrett will not face charges stemming from a sexual assault allegation made late last year ... TMZ has learned.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office reviewed Barrett's case and determined criminal charges of rape of a person incapable of giving consent will not be filed against him. We're told the case is now officially closed.

TMZ broke the story in December ... a woman contacted the L.A. County Sheriff's Department claiming that after a night of drinking with Barrett, she woke up in bed to find him touching her and alleged he then had sex with her against her will.

Dr. Wendy Osefo and her husband Eddie have been booked on criminal fraud charges, TMZ has learned.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, "The Real Housewives of Potomac" star is facing 16 charges -- including 7 felonies, for allegedly making false/misleading info fraud in excess of $300. She's also facing one misdemeanor count of making a false statement to an officer.

The couple was booked Thursday night in Westminster, Maryland.

Here's the deal ... police say the couple reported a burglary in April last year ... the couple claimed they found their bedroom ransacked after returning from a trip to Jamaica. We told you about that incident at the time.

David Del Rio's wife, Katherine, is sticking up for her husband amid allegations he sexually assaulted his "Matlock" costar Leah Lewis ... calling Lewis "the most disturbing human being I have ever met."

Katherine posted the fiery message on an Instagram Story Thursday, showing a cropped photo of Leah from a pic of the 28-year-old actress with her mom. Katherine's post has since been deleted.

As we reported yesterday, David was escorted off the Paramount lot last week and kicked off the show as soon as the allegations against him were reported ... according to a source with direct knowledge. David has been accused of committing the unspecified act on Paramount property.

A California woman accused of killing "ER" star Cindyana Santangelo with a silicone butt injection has been convicted of murder ... a year and a half after being convicted in the death of another woman by the same method.

Libby Adame -- nicknamed "The Butt Lady" -- has been found guilty of second-degree murder and practicing medicine without a license in connection with Cindyana's death.

Santangelo died March 24 this year ... investigators said results from her autopsy showed she suffered an embolism from a silicone injection that had been administered earlier that day.

Law enforcement officials in Maryland are sharing the latest on the felony fraud case involving "The Real Housewives of Potomac" stars Dr. Wendy and Eddie Osefo.

The Carroll County Sheriff's Office addressed the news only hours after the Osefos were busted on 16 charges related to a burglary they reported last year at their home.

As we reported ... cops say the Osefos claimed several designer bags and jewelry had been stolen, but an investigation found Wendy purchased and returned the items before the alleged burglary.

Ryan Clark issued a mea culpa Thursday morning, admitting he dropped the ball when declaring Kyren Lacy an "innocent man" during the Monday Night Football broadcast.

"Two lives have been lost. Herman Hall, a man who spent his life in service of others, and Kyren Lacy, a young man I wish I could tell how much he had to live for. My heart absolutely breaks for both of them, their families and their loved ones," the 45-year-old former NFL player said on "First Take."

"In full transparency, I knew Kyren Lacy personally. But nothing matters to me more than the truth. I always strive to do my best to mix authenticity with the most complete and up-to-date information available."

Susan Newman -- daughter of legendary actor Paul Newman -- has died ... according to an online obituary.

Newman passed away back in August -- though the obituary was only posted online earlier this week -- from "complications from chronic health conditions."

Susan was born to Newman and Jackie Witte in 1953, the second of three children the couple had.
