Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor look like they are having some very heated arguments as their bitter divorce drags on ... at least according to a series of texts and emails she submitted in court.

TMZ obtained the alleged texts Brittany filed as court exhibits in her restraining order petition ... Brittany says the messages were sent after Jax showed up at her home to pick up their son Cruz and caused a scene.

The following day, Brittany says she sent a message, dated July 15, 2026, reading, "You have been warned I will call police for trespassing and again my son is signed up for camp and going to we rock the spectrum. YOU ARE NOT MY BOSS. Grow up and leave me alone you are sick and will never change."

This prompted Jax to reply, "Are you threatening me that sounds like a threat."

Before this sweet lil’ girl in a life jacket became a Bravo-lebrity, she was just swimming in Azusa, California, cheerleading and pretending to be Britney Spears, signing autographs.

Things are getting messier between Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright ... because he's accusing her of trying to "sabotage" his life.

Here's the deal ... Jax says he posted about an event for kids with autism yesterday because he wanted to show his support.

But today he shared a screenshot, which has since been deleted, of an alleged DM Brittany sent the organizer ... asking if Jax was involved and that she had some information she wanted to share.

Jax took shots at his ex in the caption, writing ... "This is just another example of her contacting every company, brand or opportunity I get, trying to sabotage my ability to work and move forward with my life."

Jax Taylor and Lori Krebs aren't letting all the drama spoil date night ... stepping out together for dinner in L.A. Thursday ... and we've got them on video.

TMZ obtained footage showing Jax and his publicist strolling side by side toward Laurel Tavern before joining a friend inside.

Folks who were there tell TMZ ... the trio settled into a corner booth around 6 PM, laughing and keeping the conversation light. When they left, we're told Jax helped Lori into his car and closed her door before getting behind the wheel.

As we first reported ... their romance surfaced last month when we obtained photos of them embracing in a Puerto Vallarta resort pool during Jax's birthday trip.

The romance caught many by surprise ... including Jax's estranged wife, Brittany Cartwright, who used to pay Lori to be her publicist too.

"Vanderpump Rules" alum Ariana Madix may take her revenge porn battle with Rachel Leviss to the California Supreme Court ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Ariana said she is considering filing papers with the highest court in the state after an appellate court recently sided with Rachel.

Ariana asked for a hearing date in September 2026 to be postponed while she decided on whether to appeal, which must happen within the next 40 days.

The internet's convinced Tom Sandoval's ex moved on from the musician with magician Criss Angel ... but they're just friends, TMZ has learned.

We obtained a photo of Victoria Lee Robinson and Criss at a California winery a few days ago, where they were hanging out in a larger group.

Sources connected to the two tell TMZ ... the online rumors claiming they're dating are simply fantasy ... and there's nothing romantic between them, despite some people's interpretation of the photo.

Tom Sandoval plans to testify against his ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson in their legal war ... and he says he has video evidence that shows her hitting him.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Tom's exhibit list includes security footage of the June 3 fire pit incident and a video from the same day described in the filing as showing Victoria hitting him. Other videos from that day are described as showing Victoria's dad, Will Robinson, yelling.

Tom also plans to introduce photographs from that day ... he says the images show scratches on his neck and ear, along with June 7 photos he claims document an injury to his face.

Jax Taylor says he's head over heels for his publicist Lori Krebs ... declaring she's helped him reach the happiest and healthiest place of his life ... despite Brittany Cartwright's scorched-Earth attack on their relationship.

"The Valley" star was spotted out in Los Angeles on Wednesday ... and he told photogs he's in love with Lori and waxed poetically about love.

Jax says he loves Lori "to death" and believes everyone deserves the chance to find happiness and fall in love. He claims he's now in the happiest place he's ever been and says his mental health has been amazing since getting together with Lori.

Brittany Cartwright is sinking her fangs into Jax Taylor and his new girlfriend, Lori Krebs ... calling her former publicist a "snake" who took advantage of her.

"The Valley" star went off on the new couple in an interview with PEOPLE ... saying, "I feel like I was taken advantage by those two individuals, and it is sick."

And, she saved some serious venom for Lori ... "I've never seen a snake like this before in my entire life."

Ariana Madix is still trying to get Rachel Leviss' revenge porn lawsuit tossed ... but an appeals court just told her the case isn't going anywhere.

The California Court of Appeal ruled Wednesday Ariana can't get Rachel's claims thrown out at this early stage -- siding with the lower court judge who previously rejected her attempt to kill the case.

The former "Vanderpump Rules" star argued Scandoval was a huge public story, so her actions surrounding it were protected as free speech ... but the court says the affair being public didn't make Rachel's private sexual videos public, too.

Lisa Vanderpump is taking TomTom back to its original identity ... removing the PUMP branding added to the West Hollywood venue nearly three years ago as she continues searching for a buyer ... TMZ has learned.

Ken Todd, Lisa's husband, tells TMZ ... having two restaurant identities operating from the same property became confusing, and because the space was always the TomTom building, they decided to make it solely TomTom again.

Workers removed the PUMP signs from the building and front gate Monday, officially ending the dual brand setup.

2:19 PM PT -- A rep for Tom Sandoval tells TMZ ... "In our society, sadly abuse against men is too often not taken as seriously as it should be. Physical assault is against the law, and verbal attacks, coercive control, and intimidation are abusive behaviors that are unacceptable regardless of gender."

The rep adds ... "While Victoria continues to deny the allegations, Tom's account is supported by eyewitnesses, including his band manager, and in some instances, video evidence.

Tom has remained committed to allowing the legal process to address these matters, and we are confident the facts and evidence will speak for themselves."

Tom Sandoval claims his ex, Victoria Lee Robinson, kicked him in the groin and questioned his manhood during a nasty altercation when they were still dating ... TMZ has learned.

The "Vanderpump Rules" alum submitted a new declaration Monday in his ongoing restraining order case against his ex, claiming the alleged groin-kick happened in October while he was on tour with his band "Tom Sandoval and the MOST Extras" in Florida.

Tom says after the concert ended, Victoria "kicked me repeatedly in the groin area while hurling expletives and insults toward me in the presence of my band mates, tour crew and fans."

He claims Victoria had "consumed drugs and alcohol to the point that venue security personnel had to physically carry her from the concert venue back to the tour bus" earlier in the night.

Stassi Schroeder says she thought Taylor Frankie Paul's season of "The Bachelorette" would eventually come out ... but now she's not sure ... because she says TFP can't get out of her own way.

The former "Vanderpump Rules" star -- who is now starring in her own reality TV show, "House of Stassi" -- appeared on Kaitlyn Bristowe's "Off the Vine" podcast where the pair discussed the controversial "Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star.

Kaitlyn asked Stassi if she thinks Taylor's 'Bachelorette' season -- which has been on ice since we released video of a shocking 2023 confrontation between herself and her ex, Dakota Mortensen -- will hit the airwaves.

Stassi said a couple weeks ago she was 100% sure it would air ... but now, given the legal complications Taylor's facing, she's not so sure.

Jax Taylor's lawyer is accusing Brittany Cartwright of holding up their divorce by failing to provide documents needed to resolve the case ... TMZ has learned.

Mark Vincent Kaplan tells TMZ ... Jax wants the divorce finalized and behind him as soon as possible, but feels Brittany is making that impossible and hoping he fails.

Kaplan claims Brittany has not turned over documents she is obligated to provide, making it impossible for the former couple to resolve outstanding property and financial issues.

'"The Valley" star Kristen Doute is ripping Jax Taylor a new one over his intimate relationship with the ex-publicist of his estranged wife Brittany Cartwright.

Kristen called Jax "diabolical" on Wednesday's episode of "Watch What Happens Live" when host Andy Cohen brought up Jax's romance with Lori Krebs. As you know, Jax also costars with Brittany on "The Valley" along with other reality stars. 

Kristen said Lori was not only Brittany’s "trusted paid professional," but also her friend and family for the past decade.

Kristen also referred to Jax as "so totally deceitful," noting that Lori knew the ins and outs of Jax's life with Brittany, which made the situation even worse.

Brittany Cartwright has spoken out for the first time following the news that her ex, Jax Taylor, is dating their now-formerly shared publicist.

Check out the clip -- she addressed the shocking situation at the top of Friday's 'When Reality Hits' podcast and told fans she will speak her truth when she's ready. She added, "As of right now, I am focusing on me and the most important thing in my life, which is my beautiful son. And as of right now, I’m just trying to protect my son and my peace, and very soon I will be telling [my story]."

TMZ broke the news Jax was getting close to his and Brittany's longtime publicist, Lori Krebs, when we shared photos of them cozying up in a pool at a Mexican resort. We then learned Brittany fired Lori immediately.
