Big Meech is firing back at claims he fathered a baby, and he's ready to submit to a DNA test ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, a woman named Beyla Richard-Flenory filed a paternity action against Big Meech in a Florida court back in December.

Beyla claims she believes she has a "strong reason" to believe Big Meech -- legal name Demetrius Flenory Sr. -- is her "biological parent." She said she has suffered "significant emotional distress" caused by Big Meech's ongoing denial of paternity.

Offset claims the security guard suing him for assault provoked the fight that went down at a L.A. weed shop ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the Migos member denied all allegations of wrongdoing in the case brought by a security guard named Jim Sanchez.

Offset claims he's not responsible for any alleged damages and is asking for the entire lawsuit to be tossed.

Justice has been a long time coming in the murder of Run-DMC legend Jason Mizell -- AKA Jam Master Jay -- because another man has admitted his role in the hip-hop icon's killing nearly 24 years after the shocking crime.

Monday, federal prosecutors announced Jay Bryant pleaded guilty in a federal court in Brooklyn to his role in Jam Master Jay's 2002 murder ... after prosecutors alleged he helped the killers get inside the legendary DJ's Queens recording studio before the fatal shooting.

"More than two decades after the cold-blooded, execution-style killing of Mr. Mizell, an exhaustive investigation revealed Bryant's role and today he finally admitted his guilt," U.S. Attorney Joseph Nocella said. "The prosecutors in our Office and our law enforcement partners never give up, no matter how long it takes, in the pursuit of justice for the victim and the victim's family."

Megan Thee Stallion appeared to fight back tears during a Broadway performance of "Moulin Rouge!" ... just hours after revealing her split from Klay Thompson.

The Houston rapper hit the stage like usual Saturday night, but as the crowd erupted in cheers for her during the end of the show, Megan appeared overcome with emotion -- briefly pausing the performance.

In video posted online, Megan appears visibly choked up ... pausing briefly to fight back tears as she pushes through the moment before continuing to the end of the show.

Looks like Klay Thompson won't be getting a taste of Megan Thee Stallion's "Sweetest Pie" anymore ... 'cause she just confirmed to TMZ she dumped him.

The singer tells TMZ via her rep ... "I’ve made the decision to end my relationship with Klay. Trust, fidelity and respect are non-negotiable for me in a relationship, and when those values are compromised, there’s no real path forward. I’m taking this time to prioritize myself and move ahead with peace and clarity.”

The confirmation comes after the singer hopped on Instagram Saturday to share a cryptic note to her Story in which she seemingly accused the NBA star of cheating. She wrote ... "Cheating, had me around your whole family playing house... got 'cold feet.'"

Kanye West and Bianca Censori looked happy while dressing casually during a Friday night outing ... and, for Bianca, you know that means spilling out of her top!

The two were spotted at the famous Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, relaxing on a couch ... Ye in his usual all-black outfit, and Bianca showing off her famous chest in a revealing bodysuit paired with shiny tights.

TMZ has obtained new court docs showing a federal judge denied Megan’s request for a permanent injunction against blogger Milagro Cooper for cyberstalking … even after a jury found Cooper liable for defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and promoting a deepfake video of the rapper.

Meg was awarded $75K in total damages by the jury -- including including amounts for inflicting emotional distress and engaging with a deepfake porn of Meg.

But here’s the key … the judge says those findings don’t automatically mean Meg can get an cyberstalking injunction to block Cooper going forward, even though Meg claimed the harassment continued after the verdict.

When it comes to making music ... family matters to Drake.

The rapper was snapped filming a new music video in Canada Sunday, and it looks like his son, Adonis, will be making a cameo. The 8-year-old was all smiles as he stepped onto set over the weekend.
