Takeoff's parents are fighting over how and where to divvy up settlement money from a wrongful death suit over the late Migos member's murder … with his mom arguing his dad was "barely present" in their son's life ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained legal docs revealing the bitter back-and-forth between Takeoff's mom, Titania Davenport, and his dad, Kenneth Ball. The war involves settlement money from a wrongful death lawsuit brought by Takeoff's mom in Texas.

In the docs, Titania said she had a "close, loving and nurturing relationship" with her son for his entire lifetime. She said she cared for and raised him from birth as a single parent. She said she provided him with nearly sole financial support until he became an adult.

Blueface's daughter Journey keeps going viral for what comes out of her mouth ... but her grandma says that's exactly what makes her a star.

Karlissa Saffold stopped by "The TMZ Podcast" this week and gave us an update on the youngster many fans know as "Pinkface" ... and who is famous for swearing on camera.

Karlissa admits the family has probably gotten a little too comfortable cussing around the kid. She explains that Journey's mother, Jaidyn Alexis, has bad road rage and often curses when Journey is in the back seat of the car -- and like most kids ... they repeat what they hear.

Nicki Minaj and the former fan who sued the rapper for labeling him a "stalker" have reached a compromise in his $10 million lawsuit against her ... TMZ has learned.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Tameer Peak has agreed to drop his defamation and emotional distress lawsuit ... where he claimed Nicki falsely smeared him online.

Nicki allegedly described Tameer as "one sandwich short of a picnic."

Sexyy Red and her family were the victims of a burglary in Florida, where half a million dollars in handbags and necklaces were stolen ... at least according to a lawsuit she filed against a security guard.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Sexyy Red hosted a birthday retreat for her mother at a rented mansion in Florida in January 2025 ... and an unlocked door led to a huge loss.

She claims she hired a security guard to protect and secure the place during the festivities ... but says on January 12, a single masked individual entered the home through an unlocked door and committed a burglary. According to the suit, a bunch of stuff, including necklaces, charms, rings, bracelets, watches, and designed handbags totaling no less than $500K, was stolen.

3:00 PM PT -- Mystikal is still being sued by the woman he pled guilty to raping ... which led to his recent 20-year prison sentence ... and she says he spit on her and forced her to pray before forcing himself on her.

Mystikal's rape conviction has rocked his relationship with his son ... and it doesn't seem like they'll be able to work things out anytime soon.

Mystikal's attorney Roy Maughan tells TMZ ... Million Tyler's relationship with his dad has become strained since his father was sentenced to 20 years in prison for raping a woman.

Maughan tells us ... "Mystikal has reached out to Million to patch things up, but I don't think that's happening yet."

3:00 PM PT -- Mystikal is still being sued by the woman he pled guilty to raping ... which led to his recent 20-year prison sentence ... and she says he spit on her and forced her to pray before forcing himself on her.

Mystikal's son says he's hoping for the best for his father ... even if he's not quite ready to visit him in prison.

TMZ's Charlie Neff spoke with Million Tyler just a few days after his father was sentenced to 20 years behind bars after pleading guilty to raping a woman ... and he said it's been an emotional time for him and his family.

Million says he obviously feels for the unnamed victim in this case ... as well as his father -- adding he feels there are no winners when things like this happen.

Tay Keith's girlfriend was panicking about the music producer's health before learning he was dead ... so much so, she dialed 911 to get a wellness check.

In the dispatch audio we obtained, she expresses concern for Tay -- whose real name is Brytavious Lakeith Chambers -- after he had asked her to come visit him, but then went radio silent on her.

After a full 24 hours of "crickets" from Tay, she was worried enough to call 911 ... and the audio reveals the dispatcher asking if Tay had any known health issues.

5:03 PM PT -- Dameka Davis, attorney for the Rebel label, tells TMZ ... “Sexyy Red is overwhelmed with grief at the devastating loss of her dear friend and artistic collaborator, Tay Keith. Tay was a brilliant artist, and through his close musical partnership with Sexyy, he became a genuine friend to everyone at Rebel. We send our sincerest condolences to Tay Keith’s family and loved ones."

Dameka adds ... "Royalty negotiations are handled by labels -- not artists -- and I’ve worked closely with the legal counsel and team for Tay Keith to finalize the royalty agreement to fully compensate him for his valuable contributions as a musical collaborator with Sexyy. In fact, we were in the final stages of getting Tay Keith fully compensated before his shocking passing this week. We are expediting the finalization of this work with Tay Keith’s attorney so that full payment can be made to his estate as soon as possible.”

A rep for Tay Keith said, “The dispute is between the parties’ respective labels, and naming Sexyy Red in the lawsuit was a legal formality. Any allegations are directed at the label, not Red personally. Both labels have been cooperating, and the matter is close to being resolved. Tay and Red remained friends and he considered her a sister. They were in the studio together as recently as last week working on new music. We appreciate Red’s sentiments and condolences during this difficult time.”

Music producer Tay Keith had yet to resolve his legal battle with Sexyy Red's label over royalties he claimed he was owed at the time of his death ... but the parties were working towards a resolution, TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Tay sued Sexyy's label back in March 2026, claiming he produced 13 songs for her in 2024, including "Pound Town."

Tay claimed Sexyy’s song made millions from sales and streaming … but he says he never got paid for his services.

Tay Keith, the Grammy-nominated producer best known for crafting some of hip hop's biggest hits, including Travis Scott's 2018 single "Sicko Mode," is dead.

Tay was found dead Thursday in his Nashville apartment, according to Metro Nashville Police.

The cause of death is unclear. Cops say foul play is NOT suspected. Police say he was found during a welfare check at his home.

French Montana is putting his money where his mouth is ... he says he cut a $75,000 check to the New York cab driver whose taxi was destroyed during the Knicks title celebration.

Appearing on "CBS Mornings" Thursday, French revealed he gave 59-year-old Algerian immigrant Noureddine Bitat the money to help cover at least six months worth of living expenses while he gets back on his feet.

French said Noureddine was so shaken by the ordeal that he doesn't even want to drive a taxi anymore, so he's hoping the financial support gives him time to figure out his next move.

Soulja Boy’s ex-girlfriend is attempting to have his music residuals sold off to collect on a multi-million dollar judgment against him ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a former assistant who then started a two-year romance with the rapper filed a notice announcing her intent to sell Soulja's rights to collect music residuals from Broadcast Music. She said she intends to sell to the highest bidder.

The woman, who filed as a Jane Doe, said the sale will go forward unless Soulja objects.

Lil Jon is opening up about the heartbreaking loss of his son, DJ Young Slade ... telling us how writing his upcoming memoir became part of his healing process.

We got the rapper at LAX Tuesday, and he told us his son's February death came as he was trying to finish his book, "I Only Shout So You Can Hear Me."

Here's the deal ... after Gramz filed paperwork asking the court to delay paying MTS a $75K judgment while she appeals the ruling -- claiming she lacks the money to pay it -- Megan responded to her request ... asking the judge to deny it and saying her pleas about not having enough money are exactly why she should have to post a bond to pursue the appeal.

According to Megan, the bond is the only fair way to delay payment while the appeal is pending ... because it essentially guarantees Megan payment if an appeals court upholds the previous decision in the case. If Gramz ends up winning the appeal and reversing the judgment against her, she could get her bond money back.
