More legal woes are bubbling for Skai Jackson’s baby daddy Deondre Burgin ... 'cause TMZ has learned he's been arrested again -- this time for a warrant while washing a car he should not have been driving!

Here's the scoop ... Deondre was giving his vehicle a good ol’ scrub-down at a Kentucky gas station on July 14 when police drove by and apparently ran his license plate -- which is something cops often do in Kenton County, KY, according to a rep for the Kenton County Commonwealth Attorney's Office.

The spokesperson tells us the plate check revealed Deondre has an active warrant out of Hamilton County, Ohio, so the police busted him.

1:30 PM PT -- Perry Farrell's legal team tells TMZ ... “This is yet another clear example of the group uniting to isolate and bully frontman Perry Farrell. The timing of this baseless lawsuit is no coincidence—it was filed only after they caught wind of legal action coming from our side. It’s a transparent attempt to control the narrative and present themselves as the so-called ‘good guys’—a move that’s both typical and predictable."

They continue, "Just like when they released a defamatory and entirely unfounded statement about Perry’s mental health and unilaterally canceled the remaining tour dates without his input, they’re once again scrambling to get ahead of the truth in a desperate effort to save face.”

Dave Navarro is suing Perry Farrell for assault and battery ... and his fellow Jane's Addiction members are also jumping on the lawsuit -- demanding millions from the lead singer.

Navarro, Eric Avery and Stephen Perkins filed a lawsuit against Farrell Wednesday over a fight that went down onstage in September 2024 ... which they say derailed their North American tour and planned album afterward.

Remember ... we obtained video from a show on September 13, 2024, where Farrell and Navarro got into each other's faces and began shoving one another.

The alleged murderer of "American Idol" Music Supervisor Robin Kaye and her husband, Thomas Deluca, left forensic evidence behind that directly led to his arrest ... sources with knowledge tell TMZ.

The LAPD arrested 22-year-old Raymond Boodarian, and our sources say the key piece of evidence linking him to the crime is fingerprints ... cops were able to lift fingerprints from the crime scene.

Authorities were able to match the prints to Boodarian because his prints were in the LAPD's database. Boodarian had been arrested on 3 separate criminal battery cases in 2024, and protocol is to get fingerprints upon arrest.

Shawn Ashmore and his wife Dana are speaking out on the horrific 2023 murder of their friend Mei Li Haskell ... finally feeling some sense of closure after the suspect, Sam Haskell IV -- the son of legendary TV agent Sam Haskell -- died by suicide and spared them the agony of a trial.

The "X-Men" star and his wife tell TMZ in a statement ... "Our hearts are heavy, but we feel some small sense of peace knowing there is finally a bit of closure. We are mourning the loss of an extraordinary mother, someone who poured her entire heart into her three boys and never stopped putting them first."

Columbus Short and his wife Aida are hurtling towards a divorce after they separately filed legal docs accusing the other of domestic violence ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us Columbus is telling people close to him that he's going to be filing for divorce ... because he feels there's no going back after the latest batch of alarming allegations.

We broke the stories ... Columbus secured a temporary restraining order against Aida last week after claiming she kicked and threw a 10-week-old puppy, before busting his eye open and drawing blood, leading to her arrest. Aida then filed for her own TRO, claiming Columbus choked her ... and she included alleged injury photos in her filing.

Police in a small town in Pennsylvania can apparently punch a suspect multiple times on camera and keep on working like nothing happened ... because that's what's playing out right now in Meadville.

Here's the deal ... a few officers from the Meadville Police Department got into a violent altercation with a man they were trying to arrest -- and the brutal interaction was caught on camera, prompting a use of force review.

Meadville City Manager Maryann Menanno tells TMZ ... the officers involved were NOT suspended and are still on active duty as normal.

Diddy is already attempting to rehabilitate himself -- he's enrolling in self-improvement programs while in federal lockup to address his drug use and violence against women.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Diddy is in the STOP Program, a course the feds offer inmates focused on preventing sexual assault, domestic and dating violence.

Beyoncé's unreleased music was stolen from a Jeep in Atlanta, and now police are investigating.

The Atlanta Police Department says on July 8, officers were dispatched to Krog Street Market after a caller reported a theft from a motor vehicle.

Police say when they arrived, two men -- Beyoncé's choreographer Christopher Grant and dancer Diandre Blue -- told them they parked their black Jeep Wagoneer rental in the parking deck and went to the market for an hour ... and when they returned, the trunk window had been damaged and two suitcases were missing.

7/14/2025 3:00 PM PT -- The judge just granted Katy's permanent restraining order.

Katy Perry is seeking court-ordered protection from a homeless man she claims keeps showing up to her home uninvited ... and her security team believes the guy won't take "no" for an answer.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Katy filed a temporary restraining order against a 43-year-old man named Ross Elliott Hedrick. She says he's a transient and has twice visited her property in Santa Barbara, California.

Katy filed the TRO on June 18 ... and in her request, she also seeks protection for Orlando Bloom, noting he is her "partner" who lives with her. As we first reported, Katy and Orlando have since split.

The "Last Friday Night" singer claims Hedrick visited her Santa Barbara estate multiple times in May ... she says he was arrested after the first unwanted visit and then returned a week later.

7:40 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Sam Haskell Jr. died after slitting his wrists at Twin Towers Correctional Facility in L.A.

Sam Haskell Jr., the son of legendary TV agent Sam Haskell, killed himself in jail just 2 days before his preliminary hearing to determine if he should stand trial for allegedly dismembering his wife and killing her parents ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Haskell took his life behind bars Saturday, although the manner of death was not disclosed.

Haskell pled not guilty to murdering Mei Li Haskell and her parents, Gaoshan Li and Yanxiang Wang, back in 2023. He allegedly dismembered the bodies, stuffed them in garbage bags, and then hired 4 day laborers to take the bags to a dump site.

Blake Lively's legal war with Justin Baldoni will reach a new level on Thursday when the actress is deposed ... but she just won a battle about where it'll go down.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ ... Blake gets to choose where her depo takes place when she's grilled by Justin's legal team, headed by Bryan Freedman, the judge ruled. What's more ... JB's team has to disclose who'll be in the room ahead of the deposition.

TMZ broke the news that Blake asked the judge to make a ruling on the deposition location -- which we're told will be her lawyer's office -- after Freedman suggested live-streaming Blake's deposition from Madison Square Garden.

This is a BIG DEAL ... the judge in the Menendez case says the new evidence unearthed in the murder case -- if true -- makes a compelling case to throw out their convictions ... which would mean they could be released even without a parole board hearing.

According to new court documents, obtained by TMZ, L.A. County Superior Court Judge William C. Ryan, has reviewed the 2 pieces of new evidence -- the first is a letter purporting to be from Erik Menendez to his cousin, Andy Cano, which would corroborate Cano's testimony about Jose Menendez molesting Erik.

The second piece of evidence -- a declaration from Roy Rossello, a former member of Menudo, who claims he was anally raped and orally copulated by Jose in either 1983 or 1984. This declaration, according to Menendez attorney Mark Geragos, shows the prosecution was off base in characterizing Jose as "not the kind of man" who would abuse his children. Also, the judge in the murder trial severely limited testimony about alleged sexual abuse.

Justin Baldoni says a judge shouldn't let Blake Lively dictate the terms of her deposition just 'cause she's super famous ... fighting back against her request to hold her depo in her own lawyer's office.

The actor's attorneys filed a response to Lively's Friday request that her upcoming deposition happen at her lawyer's office ... claiming she feared paparazzi would ambush her outside Baldoni's attorney's office.

In this new filing, he's calling BS ... arguing Lively hasn't given any evidence to back her point -- adding it's not an issue of cost since the two offices are only about a mile from one another.

Blake Lively wants a judge to set the location for her next legal skirmish with Justin Baldoni ... and she's not in favor of making it a public spectacle, as Justin's people proposed.

Columbus Short makes it sound like his wife is not a dog person ... because he claims she kicked and threw a 10-week-old puppy before getting violent with him.

The ex "Scandal" star beelined it to court this week and filed for a temporary restraining order against his wife, alleging a series of domestic violence incidents involving him and the puppy.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Columbus claims his wife Aida roughed up his 10-week-old pooch on Monday ... and when he confronted her, she got physically violent and hit him multiple times in the face, busting his eye open and drawing blood.

Eric Rosenbrook -- a reality star formerly on "90 Day Fiancé" -- was arrested after he allegedly got drunk and slapped his wife on the Fourth of July.

The 47-year-old was arrested in Adams, Wisconsin ... and, according to the criminal complaint, the victim claims everything went down when Rosenbrook -- already a few drinks in -- decided to go pick up some food from the local Kwik Mart.

According to the alleged victim -- who police say identified herself as his wife -- she became worried when Eric didn't return promptly ... and spotted him passed out in his car outside the apartment.
