Donald Trump is considering commuting Diddy's sentence as early as this week, according to a high-ranking White House official.

According to our source, the President is "vacillating" on a commutation. We're told some of the W.H. staff are urging Trump not to commute the sentence. But, our source states the obvious -- "Trump will do what he wants," and we're told Trump could set Diddy free as early as this week.

Diddy is serving a 50-month prison sentence for violating the Mann Act. He's served 13 months, and with credit, he could get out in around 2 years -- but none of that matters if Trump commutes his sentence.

David Geffen's estranged husband has withdrawn his salacious civil lawsuit against the media mogul, and is choosing another course, which takes much of his enormous money demand off the table.

David Armstrong (AKA Donovan Michaels) filed his civil lawsuit back in July, alleging the 82-year-old billionaire targeted the 32-year-old, whose trauma was weaponized for Geffen's "personal gratification and public image."

Armstrong claims he gave up his modeling career after allegedly being promised Geffen would take care of him financially for life. The former couple did not have a prenup -- Armstrong says he's entitled to community property. We're told Geffen, who has been retired for 15 years, has no community income.

Tyrone Blackburn -- the lawyer suing Fat Joe -- has been indicted for allegedly running over a process server with a car ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources confirmed to us Blackburn has been officially indicted over the alleged May incident ... though we're told the indictment will remain sealed until his arraignment.

ICYMI ... Blackburn was arrested in June after cops say he got into his vehicle while a 66-year-old process server was giving him papers connected to the Fat Joe case.

Blackburn then allegedly put the car in reverse and hit the process server in the leg ... causing a somewhat major knee injury that the server claims he needed surgery to fix.

Diddy's making good on his promise to appeal his conviction and sentence in his federal criminal case ... TMZ has learned.

According to new legal docs, filed in federal court in New York and obtained by TMZ, the notice was filed Monday and lists Alexandra A.E. Shapiro as his counsel. We're told Diddy's team will likely file their substantive brief for the appeal within 4 to 6 weeks.

As you know ... the Bad Boy mogul was sentenced back on October 3 by Judge Arun Subramanian to serve a little over 4 years in a federal prison.

He was convicted on 2 charges of transportation across state lines for the purpose of prostitution, AKA the Mann Act.

Aaron Phypers was shocked as he was arrested Friday for alleged domestic violence against Denise Richards ... 'cause he says the last time he spoke to cops, he was reporting HER for similar allegations.

Michael Finley, Aaron's lawyer, tells TMZ … Aaron wasn’t interviewed by authorities prior to having cuffs slapped on him on a felony arrest warrant connected to allegations Denise leveled from 2022.

TMZ broke the story ... Aaron was arrested at the courthouse during a restraining order hearing with Denise ... and subsequently charged with 2 felony counts of injuring a spouse and 2 felony counts of dissuading a witness by force or threat.

As we previously reported ... Aaron filed a report against Denise with the L.A. County Sheriff's Department over the summer for alleged vandalism, theft and assault related to the July 4th fight after filing for divorce. We're told they never reached out about Denise's allegations.

Finley finds the Friday situation outrageous ... but tells us Aaron didn't need to be interviewed before a warrant was issued if a judge determined there was probable cause.

Aaron was sprung from the joint super quick ... Finley tells us, “people who care about him” ponied up the necessary funds to satisfy the $200,000 bail -- meaning he was only in custody a few hours.

We're told Aaron's in “good spirits, and all things considered, has a good attitude” about the situation ... 'cause he vehemently denies the accusations, and he's ready to fight the charges.

Finley tells TMZ ... he will remain Aaron's divorce lawyer and help him retain a criminal defense attorney.

There's a new audio recording in the Justin Baldoni, Blake Lively saga ... and it reveals Justin's business partner trashing Blake's allegations of inappropriate behavior during a secretly recorded phone call.

Claire Ayoub -- who wrote and directed a film called "Empire Waist," produced by Wayfarer and Baldoni -- says she recorded her phone chat with Wayfarer's billionaire co-founder Steve Sarowitz.

In a September 2025 declaration, Claire said she'd endured "repeated, negative interactions" and "verbal abuse" from Baldoni when they worked on "Empire Waist" ... and that's why she recorded the call.

Cindy Crawford says she has a stalker who has been tailing her and her famous family for months ... repeatedly hanging outside her L.A. house, and even once showing up at her daughter's theater performance in Massachusetts asking her to take part in a seance.

Cindy filed legal docs in L.A., obtained by TMZ, asking the court to issue a temporary restraining order prohibiting a 35-year-old man named Daniel Lee Schoonover from coming anywhere near Cindy or her family.

In the docs, Cindy outlines a series of highly suspicious alleged activities by Schoonover, including showing up at Kaia Gerber's performance at a theater festival in Williamstown, MA on July 29 and, months later, sleeping outside the pedestrian gate next to the driveway at her house.

Denise Richards' estranged husband Aaron Phypers was arrested outside of court Friday ... and now we have his official charges.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Aaron was charged with 2 felony counts of injuring a spouse, and 2 felony counts of dissuading a witness by force or threat, with his total bail set at $200,000.

Michael Finley, Aaron's lawyer, previously told TMZ ... Aaron was not aware of the warrant ... and Finley accuses Denise and her legal team of "setting him up" at Friday's proceedings.

Post Malone's former driver says the rapper made him a star of his music video ... then never paid him for it -- and, now he's suing Posty and others for millions.

Larry Deuel -- a teacher and limousine driver -- is suing Malone ... alleging that back in 2020 he and his collaborator Tyla Yaweh reached out to Deuel's employer to drive them to Malone's ranch for the "Tommy Lee" music video shoot.

Once at the ranch, Deuel claims Post and Tyla asked him to take part in the video ... and he alleges they told him he'd be "taken care of" if he did.

We broke the news -- he was arrested after a contentious court hearing in L.A. Friday afternoon on an outstanding warrant his lawyer, Michael Finley, told TMZ is believed to be connected to Denise's allegations of physical abuse.

Michael accused the whole thing of being a set up at the hands of Denise's legal team.

President Trump is springing ex-Congressman George Santos from prison, saying the convicted fraudster has no business doing 7 years behind bars.

POTUS admitted Santos had been a "rogue" ... but added, at least Santos "had the Courage, Conviction, and Intelligence to ALWAYS VOTE REPUBLICAN!" That's enough in Trump's book to warrant a commutation of Santos' 87-month sentence for wire fraud and aggravated identity theft.

Santos just went into federal prison in NJ in July, when he was open about his fears of being assaulted or even killed while doing his time. He stressed he was NOT suicidal ... just in case something happened to him.

Justo Obiang and Samir Gato filed the suit against French on Thursday ... claiming they met the rapper after a 2015 show in Geneva, Switzerland.

The two men say they stayed in contact over the years ... and, in 2024, Obiang and Gato say they made plans to meet up with French in Egypt. Before Montana got there, Obiang and Gato claim he asked to trade watches with Obiang -- who refused.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Aaron alleges Denise makes $200K-$300K per month from photos she posted on OnlyFans ... and Aaron says he's entitled to half -- because he snapped the pics.
