A Florida high school teacher has been arrested after he was allegedly found carrying cocaine and fentanyl in his backpack.

The Collier County Sheriff's Office booked 44-year-old Lely High School teacher Christopher D. Toukonen into the Collier County Jail Thursday after detectives interviewed him and determined he was in possession of a "mixture" of narcotics. He is charged with felony counts of possessing the drugs and is also facing a charge of possession of narcotic paraphernalia.

Police say Toukonen was caught after school administrators were notified he might be using narcotics "while he was alone in the classroom with no students present." Admins searched his backpack and located the suspected illegal narcotics ... and swiftly contacted the Collier County Sheriff’s Office.

The man accused of shooting up the White House Correspondents' Dinner wants some top government lawyers cut from the case ... arguing there's a conflict of interest because they were at the event and among those allegedly targeted.

Attorneys for Cole Allen submitted a motion Thursday night asking the judge to disqualify U.S. Attorney for D.C. Jeanine Pirro and acting Attorney General Todd Blanche because they're "purported victims and witnesses in this case." The motion cites Justice Department rules advising employees to recuse themselves from criminal investigations where they may have a conflict of interest.

His legal team further argues Pirro and Blanche have a personal relationship with President Donald Trump and have made numerous media appearances -- such as a CNN interview by Pirro -- and social media posts about being at the shooting, exemplifying a personal interest.

Stefon Diggs is scoffing at his male sexual assault accuser's attempt to get his hands on his NFL contract ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Stefon asked the judge to shut down Christopher Blake Griffith's request for information and documents related to his pro football income.

Stefon said he is not claiming any loss to his NFL income and therefore it is not relevant to the case.

Miles Bridges was granted a temporary restraining order against his ex, Mychelle Johnson, after claiming she showed up to his NBA game to cause trouble ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a North Carolina judge signed off on Miles’ request to keep Mychelle at least 500 yards from him, his home, and the Charlotte Hornets facilities.

The judge instructed Mychelle not to harass the NBA star or his girlfriend, Shara, and not to cyberstalk Miles.

Baby, let the games begin ... because Taylor Swift's lawyers are gloving up over her 'Life of a Showgirl' lawsuit.

In case you hadn't heard, she's being sued for trademark infringement by Vegas showgirl Maren Wade ... who says the pop star stole her brand, "Confessions of a Showgirl," and wants an order blocking Taylor from selling related merch while everything plays out in court.

But Taylor's team is not having it -- they say that would lose tens of millions of dollars if the judge issues that kind of order -- and are fighting the request.

Cher's troubled son Elijah Blue Allman says he is no longer getting monthly gift income from his famous mother ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Elijah asked the court to reconsider the $6,500 monthly support payments awarded to his estranged wife, MarieAngela.

He says the support order was entered without him being properly notified, and he claims MarieAngela inflated his income in her court docs.

A former inmate who was Jeffrey Epstein's suicide-watch companion in a New York jail says the convicted pedophile definitely killed himself ... telling TMZ the guy in the cell next to Epstein heard him ripping up bedsheets to hang himself.

Bill Mersey -- who was locked up with Epstein back in the day at the since-shuttered Metropolitan Correctional Center -- joined us on "TMZ Live" Thursday, and we asked him about the alleged Epstein suicide note, which was just released.

Bill spent hours talking to Epstein in lockup and says he watched Epstein lose all hope after being denied bail. He also says Epstein worried about what life in prison would look like and how he could stay safe from other inmates, particularly Black people.

PK Kemsley says Dorit Kemsley was spending big on luxury brands while their Los Angeles home edged toward financial collapse ... and TMZ has learned he's now asking a judge to force a sale before it's too late.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, PK says his team looked into how the money was being spent and claims they found out Dorit racked up more than $1 million in luxury spending over the past year or so, including around $995K on high-end designer clothing, handbags, and accessories.

The docs detail where the money allegedly went including about $69K at Louis Vuitton, another $69K at Chanel, and roughly $38K at Hermès, along with purchases from retailers like Net-A-Porter, FWRD and Moda Operandi.

9:40 AM PT -- Justin Baldoni's attorney Bryan Freedman tells TMZ ... “Let’s be clear, this is a win and total victory for the Wayfarer parties. The court had already dismissed 10 of Ms. Lively’s 13 claims, including every sexual harassment claim, every defamation claim, and all claims against the individual defendants. Ms. Lively voluntarily dismissed the rest. In our view, they settled because they knew they were going to lose in court. All that remains is a pending request for fees based on a very narrow issue that has been with the court since September 2025.” 

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's "It Ends With Us" legal war isn't over yet, after all ... she just filed docs seeking money from him under a California law, and Justin's already agreed to abide by whatever the judge decides on the matter.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Blake's attorneys say part of the settlement they hammered out this week, allows her to keep alive one remaining claim against Baldoni and co. for having filed a defamation suit against her.

Remember ... Baldoni filed that suit after Blake filed her sexual harassment complaint against him. In the new docs, her lawyers say California law entitles her to attorneys' fees, and compensatory and punitive damages.

Ultimately, the judge dismissed Justin's defamation suit, which allowed her to use the Cali law to seek these damages. There won't be a jury trial, though ... the judge will decide whether, and how much, Justin's side has to pay.

Kodak Black was busted with MDMA and a fat wad of cash during the 2025 incident that led to his arrest in Florida on Wednesday ... this according to cops.

In the arrest affidavit, obtained by TMZ, cops say they arrested the rapper for drug trafficking after officers in Orlando found a pink bag with MDMA and $37K in a car during a bust in November.

The Orlando Police Dept. says the bag also had “numerous documents” with the name Bill Kapri -- Kodak’s legal name -- on them, as well as a bottle of cough syrup.

Blake Lively may have reached a settlement with Justin Baldoni ... but one actor from "It Ends With Us" says the damage done to his friend still lingers.

Check it out ... Adam Mondschein -- who played the doctor in the film's controversial birth scene -- appeared on "Piers Morgan Uncensored" Wednesday and accused Lively of hurting Baldoni throughout the explosive court fight.

"I have very firm feelings about the actions that she took," Mondschein said. "She hurt my friend and has been hurting my friend."

The woman suing Renee Zellweger and Ant Anstead over an alleged injury at his rental home is looking for more than $10 million in damages ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Tracey Belland filed a doc laying out the multi-million dollar sum she wants to collect in her suit against Zellweger, Antstead, and the owner of the home in question, Glenn Wilson.

Tracey said the millions will compensate for her pain and suffering and her emotional distress from the alleged incident ... not to mention a little more for her medical expenses. But Glenn claims Tracey filed for bankruptcy and failed to mention the lawsuit … and says she can no longer bring it. He's asking the judge to throw out the lawsuit. A judge has yet to rule.

Tyreek Hill’s estranged wife, Keeta Hill, is fighting the NFL star over getting her hands on his police records ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Keeta wants to issue subpoenas to various law enforcement agencies -- including police departments and prosecutors' offices -- that previously investigated allegations against Tyreek.

Keeta said the subpoenas seek evidence of “other crimes, wrongs or acts committed” by Tyreek and “certified copies of his grandparents' (who are witnesses) criminal convictions.”

The unidentified man suing female JPMorgan Chase exec Lorne Hajdini for sexual harassment is pleading for his name not to be revealed … TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, John Doe asked the court to keep his name a secret and not force him to name himself.

Doe said he has seen multiple medical professionals since leaving his job at the bank. He said he was diagnosed with PTSD due to suffering recurrent nightmares, intrusive flashbacks and the inability to eat or exercise.

Authorities carried out a search warrant Wednesday at a California property linked to Paul Flores, who was convicted in the 1996 killing of 19-year-old college student Kristin Smart.

The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement the search took place in the Central Coast city of Arroyo Grande, at Paul Flores' mother Susan's property. Smart's body has never been found.

In the statement, the sheriff’s office emphasized its continued commitment to finding Smart’s remains and returning her to her family ... adding that no further details are being released at this time.
