"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Dorit Kemsley's estranged husband, PK Kemsley, claims Dorit is spending lavishly on luxury goods instead of paying their mortgage ... and he says he has the breakdown of how she spent the money.

PK filed court docs that listed the amount Dorit spent at each luxury store, while he says their L.A. home is close to foreclosure.

In the paperwork, PK's lawyers -- who apparently obtained the Bravo star's bank statements via record subpoenas -- claim Dorit has spent crazily from October 2025 to January 2026.

Wesley Edens -- co-founder of Fortress Investment Group and co-owner of the Milwaukee Bucks -- was allegedly extorted for over $1 billion.

Prosecutors say Edens hooked up with Changli "Sophia" Luo -- who founded the One World Initiative Advocacy nonprofit group -- back in 2023, and she later threatened to publicize videos and photos of them having sex.

They claim she kept threatening him for months ... even contacting his family and saying she was going to go to his investors.

Addison Rae's dad told cops a night at his house turned into a hit and run ... TMZ has learned.

According to a police report, obtained by TMZ, officers were called to Monty Lopez's Louisiana home on April 7 just before 10 PM for a disturbance. Monty told cops he'd been drinking with friends when one woman jumped on a golf cart. He says he warned the woman not to back up because the golf cart was fast, but he says she "did it anyway," backing straight into his car and even running over his foot in the process.

Monty told cops the woman then took off after the crash, prompting officers to classify the incident as a misdemeanor hit and run. The report notes no serious injuries, but Monty told them he had video of the incident and planned to hand it over to his insurance company and lawyer.

“The Rip” -- Matt Damon and Ben Affleck’s movie inspired by a 2016 drug bust in South Florida -- trashed the reputations of some Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office deputies ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

According to reports, the suit was filed against Matt and Ben’s production company, Artists Equity, and claims their Netflix film unfairly damaged the reps of the real-life officers involved.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ ... in September 2024, Downer filed a temporary restraining order against her then-boyfriend's ex-girlfriend -- claiming she'd been harassing them, even threatening physical harm. The Daily Mail was first to report the order.

Christina also alleged the woman stalked her ... making a copy of her house key and threatening to break into her home. She also accused the woman of stealing several things, including a flash drive with nude photos.

Katy Perry’s manager wants the disabled veteran -- who lost his fight against the singer over a Santa Barbara mansion he sold to her -- to cough up a 7-figure sum to cover her legal fees ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the lawyers for Katy’s longtime business manager, Bernie Gudvi, asked a judge to order Carl Westcott to pay more than $5 million in legal fees he racked up from 2020 to 2026.

Carl is an uber-successful businessman who sued to back out of the sale of his mansion to Katy. He claimed he was under the influence of painkillers from surgery when he executed the deal, but Katy refused to back out of the deal.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, PK says "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star unleashed the comment after he recently suggested that Dorit and their two kids move into his current home. He says he moved out of the home they shared while together, which he is looking to sell immediately and claims is close to foreclosure.

Dorit and PK own a 6-bedroom, 10-bathroom, 8,901 square foot home in Encino, California. As TMZ first reported, PK claims Dorit spent around $1 million on luxury clothes and other items while avoiding the mortgage payments.

A Florida high school teacher has been arrested after he was allegedly found carrying cocaine and fentanyl in his backpack.

The Collier County Sheriff's Office booked 44-year-old Lely High School teacher Christopher D. Toukonen into the Collier County Jail Thursday after detectives interviewed him and determined he was in possession of a "mixture" of narcotics. He is charged with felony counts of possessing the drugs and is also facing a charge of possession of narcotic paraphernalia.

Police say Toukonen was caught after school administrators were notified he might be using narcotics "while he was alone in the classroom with no students present." Admins searched his backpack and located the suspected illegal narcotics ... and swiftly contacted the Collier County Sheriff’s Office.

Attorneys for Cole Allen submitted a motion Thursday night asking the judge to disqualify U.S. Attorney for D.C. Jeanine Pirro and acting Attorney General Todd Blanche because they're "purported victims and witnesses in this case." The motion cites Justice Department rules advising employees to recuse themselves from criminal investigations where they may have a conflict of interest.

But Taylor's team is not having it -- they say that would lose tens of millions of dollars if the judge issues that kind of order -- and are fighting the request.
