Lizzo is no longer churning out radio hits ... her 5th studio album, "Bitch," is failing to strike a chord ... and she blames her struggling singles on a changing industry and an explosive lawsuit.

"Bitch" only sold just 2,650 copies in its first week ... a huge difference from 2022’s "Special," which debuted with 39,000 copies sold, Rolling Stone reports. And to top that off, her three singles have failed to make an impression on the Hot 100 charts.

As someone who was collecting chart toppers and Grammys like they were designer bags just a few years back, Lizzo saw the change in her audience and even addressed it on X.

Whitney Houston's estate is pissed about Oprah Winfrey claiming the late singer showed up to her talk show high on drugs, and they say what happened that day is actually Oprah's fault ... TMZ has learned.

Whitney's estate, run by Pat Houston, tells TMZ in a statement ... Pat "emphatically responds to a statement made by Oprah Winfrey at Cannes Lions."

Pat added ... "Whitney absolutely fell off the stage, but it was during a sound check, and it was due to the darkness of the area and her unfamiliarity with the stage. She was absolutely not high."

She acknowledges Whitney's addiction struggles, saying ... "Like many people, she faced personal battles, but it is inaccurate and unfair to attach that struggle to every performance or every chapter of her life. What the studio audience witnessed on stage was the result of discipline, talent, and commitment --- not the assumptions others project."

This isn't something you see every day ... Madonna, Charli XCX and Connor Storrie hanging out together in a cloud of cigarette smoke during Paris Fashion Week.

If you ever saw our Harvey Levin sing Frank Sinatra's "My Way" and thought to yourself "Wow, he would be a great backup vocalist for Martha Reeves," guess what -- he thinks the same thing ... and he took his shot with the Mo-Town legend herself ... and he scored!!!

Martha joined us on "TMZ Live" Tuesday, along with her Co-Producer and Manager, Chris Roe, and we asked her about her music comeback ... she recorded a new album and has a new single coming out next week ... and Harvey waited for the perfect moment to offer his backup vocal services.

If you couldn't tell by the clip, Harvey is a huge fan of Martha's music ... and he thinks her hits like "Dancing in the Streets" and "Nowhere to Run," are some timeless Motown classics.

Martha says Motown brought a lot of people together across different races ... helping the Civil Rights movement change the fabric of our nation.

According to the suit, a bunch of stuff, including necklaces, charms, rings, bracelets, watches, and designed handbags totaling no less than $500K, was stolen.

It sounds like it's going down in Jessica Simpson's DMs ... she says she welcomes direct messages from her admirers ... but there's one big string attached.

We got Jessica at LAX Monday ... and our photog asked her if she's open to people sliding into her DMs.

The short answer -- yes.

It seems like some people have already made a move ... but if they were lacking in one area, they didn't get far.

The Grammy-nominated pop star spent her Sunday night getting into a heated exchange with Fantano on social media ... after folks started posting about her album and his poor review.

Kelly writes that she still finds herself wanting to reach out to her dad for advice or to tell a joke ... adding the ache of missing him is simply the price of loving him -- and she'd rather pay it every day then never have the honor of being his daughter.

Jennifer Lopez kept things cool Saturday night while attending Ariana Grande's "Eternal Sunshine" concert in L.A. ... but even a low-key night out didn’t stop fans from spotting her among the crowd.

TMZ obtained video of JLo inside the crowd, fully in vibe mode as she enjoyed the show from her V.I.P. seat. However JLo wasn’t drawing attention to herself -- no big entrance, no theatrics -- just blending in and taking in the performance like everyone else.

At moments in the clip, she appears relaxed and engaged with the music, keeping her profile low while still clearly enjoying the set. But of course, once a star of her caliber is in the building, it doesn’t take long before nearby fans start doing double-takes.
