Jaime King and her son skipped Taylor Swift's wedding weekend ... even though he's the pop star's godson.

Jaime and her son, Leo, were both notably absent from Taylor's star-studded, 1,000-person wedding to Travis Kelce at Madison Square Garden on Friday ... but Jaime's publicist told TMZ they had a separate celebration because Leo is 10 years old.

The publicist said ... "Leo Thames is still too young for a large adult wedding celebration, but he and his mother were able to joyfully celebrate Taylor and Kelce’s marriage in his own very special, age-appropriate way during his summer break."

The World Series champs are doubling down on the White House -- the L.A. Dodgers are set to celebrate with President Trump once again later this month!

The Boys in Blue are making a return trip to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue on July 23, where they'll be honored for their second W.S. title in two years, and POTUS is pumped.

“President Trump is excited to welcome the Los Angeles Dodgers BACK to the White House to celebrate their World Series championship!" W.H. Spokeswoman Taylor Rogers tells TMZ Sports.

A spokesperson for Mercedes-Benz Arena tells TMZ ... footage showing soccer fans entering the stadium for Tuesday's Round of 16 match between Egypt and Argentina is being misconstrued.

While social media users claim Egypt fans were stopped for pat downs while Argentina fans were waved through, the stadium rep says the Egypt fans were part of a supporter group, and as such, they were patted down for fireworks and other banned items before entry through their gate.

We're told the reason Egypt fans were stopped while Argentina fans were sent on their way is that the Argentina fans in the video were not part of a supporter group... just general fans, and they were being waved toward a different gate, where they went through security ... the same as everyone else.

Tigers legend Justin Verlander is hangin' up his cleats at the end of the 2026 season ... and he's doing it right in the city where his legendary career started!

The superstar pitcher, in his 21st season in the Big Leagues, penned an emotional letter posted to his X account, confirming his plans to walk off the mound for good after the Tigers' season ends in September.

"This season has challenged me in ways I haven't experienced before, both physically and mentally. I've always believed that as long as I could compete at the level I expect of myself, I’d keep playing. I never wanted to retire because of a milestone, a number, or a date on the calendar. I wanted the game to tell me when it was time," Verlander wrote in the announcement.

A fan is coming to his own defense after a clip appearing to show him mocking IShowSpeed with a racist taunt went viral ... but the Argentinian supporter says it ain't what it looks like, and he's adamant he did nothing wrong!
