Tom Sandoval is happy to be the center of attention on "House of Villains" Season 3 with "Survivor" star Tyson Apostol ... but he also had plenty to say about his old stomping grounds at "Vanderpump Rules" and how it can be as successful as the OG cast!

We caught Tom and Tyson outside TomTom at a "House of Villains" premiere party in West Hollywood Thursday night ... and although Tom's been the king of reality TV the last few years, he admits he hasn't watched the revamped 'VPR.'

Watch the video -- he says he needed to keep reality TV off his screen after being "shell-shocked" by the immense fallout from his 2023 cheating scandal involving Ariana Madix and Raquel Leviss ... but he says he's open to watching the new 'VPR.'

As for how he thinks the new cast can be as successful as the OG stars ... he says it'll be tough, but he has solid advice for those following in his footsteps. He also talks about severing his final tie to Ariana ... it's all in the clip.

Is Bill Clinton's team digging in during his Congressional House Oversight Committee deposition into the former president's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein ... or was it the representatives needing a break from asking the tough questions? Either way, today is certainly adding fire to Pizzagate conspiracy theory.

The former POTUS is being deposed in Upstate New York in connection to his relationship with the deceased convicted sex offender ... and, around 12:30 PM ET, a group of aides walked into the building with a fat stack of pizzas.

No one should have to testify about their alleged ties to a pedophile on an empty stomach ... and, it seems the pizzas were a hit, because around 1 PM a person brought out just a few boxes.

Former A&E personality Tony McCollister -- who is charged with raping a child and having sex with two dogs -- says he's not guilty by reason of insanity ... and he wants to get his head checked.

McCollister is facing 26 felony charges related to sex with a minor under the age of 10, plus 4 misdemeanor counts of sexual conduct with an animal ... and on Thursday, he entered his plea and filed a motion asking the court to order an evaluation of his mental state at the time of the alleged crimes.

In Ohio -- where McCollister is charged -- a defendant must prove they did not know right from wrong at the time of the crime to be considered not guilty by reason of insanity.

TMZ has obtained intense footage of the barn fire that killed "The Wire" actor Bobby J. Brown this week ... and it shows the large structure covered in thick smoke.

Check out the clip ... firefighters are working hard to put out the blaze that erupted on the 50-by-100-foot barn in Chaptico, Maryland. You can still see flames ripping through the structure under the cloud of smoke ... and the roof is completely gone. A photo from the Office of the Maryland State Fire Marshal further highlights the damage from the ground.

We also obtained frightening dispatch audio that confirmed the barn was fully ablaze with a male trapped inside, after he tried to start an old Cadillac. Once the fire was under control, firefighters located Bobby inside ... but it was too late.

Pink is being eyed to take over Kelly Clarkson's spot on her NBC talk show, according to a new report.

The "American Idol" alum is closing out "The Kelly Clarkson Show" after 7 seasons this fall, and a source tells Page Six that producers see her fitting in as a permanent replacement. The insider says ... "She’s been guest-hosting and it seems she’s doing very well, and that’s the plan."

No word on where in the process Pink is. TMZ has reached out to her reps for comment ... so far, no word back.

"1000-lb Sisters" star Amy Slaton had a surgery that had nothing to do with her weight ... instead, it was all about her vision.

TMZ obtained an exclusive clip from an upcoming "1000-lb Sisters" episode showing the moment Amy goes under the knife to correct her lazy eye.

In 2015 Amy posted a YouTube video explaining that she had ocular toxoplasmosis ... an infection in the eye caused by a parasite. It is a very rare eye condition she's had since birth that caused her to become legally blind.

Mary Cosby is planning to move forward with the upcoming season of "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" ... despite the sudden death of her son ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to production tell TMZ ... while some assumed Mary might step away when cameras go up for Season 7 after losing her son, Robert Cosby Jr., that's not the case as of now. We're told the decision to continue filming is entirely hers.

We're told Mary sees returning to work as a way to maintain some structure during an incredibly painful time as she leans heavily on her faith and inner circle. Our sources say Mary will participate in filming at whatever pace she feels is right ... and there's zero pressure.

Amanda Bynes is already turning heads with her weight loss -- but don’t get it twisted, she’s not done yet!

Sources close to Amanda tell TMZ she’s dropped from 180 pounds down to 151 ... and she’s aiming to lose another 30 to hit what she calls her dream body.

We’re told the weight’s come off strictly due to Ozempic -- no hardcore gym grind -- and because of the GLP-1 drug, she’s eating way less than before.

After Mary Cosby's son Robert Cosby Jr.'s sudden death this week, "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" cast has put old wounds on ice.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the SLC housewives have set aside past fractures and on-camera drama to rally around Mary during an absolutely devastating moment of her life. We're told any lingering tension from filming or prior seasons simply doesn’t matter right now.

Our sources say the outreach has been unanimous. Every cast member has contacted Mary in some way ... some stopping by in person, others checking in consistently by phone and text. We're told there's been no hesitation and no division when it comes to supporting her following Robert's death.

Andy Cohen is reacting to Robert Cosby Jr.'s sudden death ... and he says his thoughts are with 'Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' star Mary Cosby.

The Bravo host spoke at length about Robert's death on his radio show ... revealing he's already had a long conversation with Mary.

Andy mentioned Robert's struggles with addiction and his legal issues ... and he said Robert's death at just 23 years old is every parent's worst nightmare.

Lisa Rinna thinks she was drugged with something at "The Traitors" Season 4 premiere party ... and now she says it was fentanyl.

In a guest appearance on "Good Day New York" this morning ... Lisa told Jerry O'Connell and Rosanna Scotto she had fentanyl and high levels of amphetamines in her system.

Lisa thanked her husband, Harry Hamlin, for being there and getting her out of the party quickly.

Renee Graziano's son was hospitalized Wednesday after experiencing symptoms similar to those of a heart attack, TMZ has learned.

The "Mob Wives" star shared an update with us Thursday ... saying her son, AJ, underwent testing at a hospital after he felt numbness in his left arm and chest pains while at work. She tells us AJ is home now and "doing well" ... adding he did not have a heart attack.

AJ will be following up with his doctor to determine what caused the symptoms, we're told.

John Stamos and Jodie Sweetin's "Full House" reunion was full of dancing ... with the two stars cutting a rug in a sweet vid.

The stars of the hit comedy got together recently and shot a fun clip ... twirling about to Taylor Swift's hit song "Opalite" in a pair of matching baby blue sweatsuits.

Check out the clip ... it seems young Stephanie Tanner is the dance master now -- looking a bit more confident in the moves than her Uncle Jesse.
