Airbnb's getting super with the newest addition to its Icons collection ... making a real-life rental based on Edna's mansion from the Pixar movie "The Incredibles."

The new house -- part of the yearlong initiative by the company that kicked off earlier this month with 11 amazing locations -- announced its newest creation Thursday, a sleek, minimalist property based on the hit 2004 movie in celebration of its 20th anniversary.

The place has all the amenities Edna -- who makes the super suits for the titular crime-fighting fam -- and, the company says guests will get the same experience ... building their very own super suits!

It took years, but Rusell Wilson and Ciara are officially done with Seattle ... the A-list couple finally closed on their massive, waterfront property, and their bank account's $31 million fatter!

The 11,104 square-foot mansion, built in 2007 and just 10 miles from Lumen Stadium (where the Seahawks play), officially closed this week for $21.25 million ... after it was originally listed for a whopping $28,000,000.

The superstar athlete and singer opted to knock down the price, and they ultimately found a buyer.

3:58 PM PT -- Toronto Police Service tells TMZ ... they responded to Drake's house at 3:30 PM ET today and escorted a man off Drake's property after he wouldn't leave when told. We're told they ticketed the man.

Drake received another unexpected visitor Saturday ... with security taking down another alleged trespasser -- punctuating a week of scary moments at the estate.

New video and photos -- obtained by TMZ -- show one of Drake's security guards holding down this newest alleged trespasser outside Drizzy's Toronto mansion about an hour ago, the third this week.

Check out the clip ... it's a pretty quick shot, but there's clearly one man holding down another on the lawn outside the house -- and, he appears to be holding the guy's arms behind his back.

Miranda Cosgrove's opening up about a scary experience with a stalker ... talking about a man who once lit himself on fire in her front yard -- and, she's still scared of the house because of it.

Drake had another security scare at his Toronto home -- only this one was stopped dead in its tracks before things could get ugly ... and now, a man is in police custody.

Sources with direct knowledge confirmed to TMZ ... cops were called to Drake's mansion Wednesday in the Bridle Path neighborhood -- where his home was subjected to a drive-by shooting just yesterday. Now, we're told they arrived to deal with a would-be intruder.

Our sources tell us a man attempted to gain access to Drake's crib, but we're told he was immediately intercepted at the front gate by security and didn't get onto the actual grounds.
