Even Janet Jackson, Mary J. Blige, Usher, Alicia Keys, Snoop Dogg, and Lil Wayne's combined star power isn't enough to outshine Mother Nature -- who just forced Lovers & Friends Festival organizers to pull the plug ... at the last minute!

The shocking announcement came late Friday night, less than 24 hours before the all-day, outdoor festival was supposed to begin at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. Event organizers said they were expecting a windy day and prepared for it, but then the National Weather Service issued a High Wind Warning.

With the expectation of 30-35 mph sustained winds and wind gusts over 60 mph ... they decided to cancel the highly-anticipated concert, calling it the "safest decision for our fans, artists and staff."

Britney Spears is in dire shape, and it seems no one can help, and how 'bout Barbra Streisand getting skewered her over Ozempic comment?  So we gotta ask ...

Caitlin Clark is already delivering for the WNBA -- she put on a killer performance in her first preseason game, scoring basket after basket ... in front of a packed arena.

Craig David's gone from getting it seven days a week to abstinence 365 days a year ... opening up about celibacy on "The TMZ Podcast" -- saying he's now on top of his game creatively.

Craig -- famous for writing the intimate anthem "7 Days" -- says he still is celibate ... adding he decided to do it because he wanted to "park" sex in favor of spirituality.

If anyone thought rap was at an all-time low, Friday night just proved it's anything but ... with Drake and Kendrick Lamar dropping savage diss tracks within minutes of each other, and the internet is having a field day!

Drake threw the first punch minutes ago, dropping a 7 minute and 37 second track titled "Family Matters" ... where he rapped over three different beats, taking aim at not only K. Dot, but also The Weeknd, Rick Ross, Future, Metro Boomin and A$AP Rocky, among others.

Drake didn't hold back, accusing Kendrick of getting physical with his fiancee. He also hinted that Kendrick's manager had a baby with the same woman.,

Paul posted a video Friday, which began with an old clip of a woman named Adrienne being interviewed by a journalist after the British rock band arrived in NYC in 1963 for their legendary first American trip.

CH tells TMZ ... hogs are an invasive species, and hunters need to take them down. Cam adds the best way to hunt them is with dogs, so he's got no issue with Hanes using them in the vid he posted a couple years back.

Ryan Garcia clearly wasn't sweating his flunked drug test in the hours before it became known to the public ... 'cause TMZ Sports has obtained video of him partying hard at an L.A. hotspot on Tuesday night -- seemingly without a care in the world.

Garcia hit up Bootsy Bellows in West Hollywood at around midnight -- roughly 20 hours before it was revealed he had Ostarine in his system the day before his huge upset win over Devin Haney -- and he danced at his table with no signs of worry.

Cops in Orange County got their exercise in to end the week -- they had to chase down a handful of alleged juvenile delinquents accused of jacking a car ... and the video's wild.

Costa Mesa PD tells TMZ ... officers came across a vehicle that had been reported stolen Friday in the middle of the day -- and when they tried initiating a stop, we're told the car didn't come to a stop ... so the police had to give chase.

We're told there was a short pursuit, which ended with the subjects of the vehicle bailing on the car ... and cops having to chase them down on foot -- something captured on camera.

Jeezy is firing back at his estranged wife, Jeannie Mai, whom he claims is out to smear him just because he didn't wanna have a second kid with her ... alleging she's out for revenge.

The rapper filed new legal docs in his divorce case with Jeannie, and he's offering up a firm defense to Jeannie's bombshell claims from last week -- in which she alleged Jeezy was reckless and abusive ... and that he'd gotten physical on at least one occasion.

Here in this new paperwork, obtained by TMZ, Jeezy once again denies any such notion -- just like he did when she first leveled the claims -- and asks a rhetorical question ... if I was so dangerous and abusive, why were you trying to have another baby with me???

Channing Tatum wants a judge to hear all of the issues in his divorce from Jenna Dewan in one trial ... instead of splitting up the case like she wants.

According to documents obtained by TMZ ... Tatum's asking a judge to deny Jenna's request to bifurcate the case -- which, in essence, would split the issues into 2 trials. Instead, Channing wants to keep it all wrapped up in one.

CT's argument's pretty simple here ... he's saying the issues should be consolidated, unless splitting them up would expedite the proceedings, and he thinks Jenna's trying to do the exact opposite.
