Pittsburgh Steelers co-owner Robert Citrone’s attempt to stop his alleged baby mama from publicly discussing their contentious child support case has been denied by a Pennsylvania judge ... TMZ has learned.
According to a court order, obtained by TMZ, Citrone’s motion for an emergency order was denied at the end of last week ... but the judge reminded the parties the case itself is sealed and neither party can disclose filings to third parties who are not engaged in the ongoing litigation.
The order specifically states there is no gag order preventing either Citrone or his baby mom Amy Blunt from speaking about the case -- unless the two sides agree otherwise.

Michigan just wiped 20,000 convicted sex offenders off its sex offender registry ... and Larry Nassar was one of them.
Here's what happened ... Michigan's Supreme Court recently ruled that amendments issued in 2021 to the Sex Offender Registration Act can't be used to retroactively require registration due to older incidents ... and as a result, the Michigan State Police scrubbed 20K sex offenders whose crimes happened before July 1, 2011.
That means Nassar's been scrubbed from the registry ... and a search for his name yields no results.
Phil Mickelson voluntarily checked himself into an addiction treatment center amid ongoing personal issues ... TMZ Sports has learned.
A rep for Phil tells TMZ Sports ... "Phil was seeking treatment for family trauma and addiction."
We're told the pro golfer sought the treatment recently, and he's already out of the facility.
Phil's reps previously said in June, "Mr. Mickelson's priority is to become the husband, father, and man his family deserves. Right now, that means giving his full attention to a private family health matter. He understands that parts of his life are public, but his family's private matters are not."

Smith was pulled over and taken into custody on the family violence assault warrant before being booked into the Hunt County Detention Center. His brother was with him and took possession of the vehicle.
Former NBA star and two-time champion J.R. Smith was arrested in Texas on a family violence charge.
According to Hunt County jail records, Smith was booked on a charge of assault causing bodily injury family violence.
