Kanye West is being ordered to sit down for a deposition in a lawsuit filed against him by a former employee at his Donda Academy ... and the judge set a strict deadline.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a judge in Los Angeles on Tuesday ordered Kanye to appear for a deposition within 30 days ... and Yeezy has to show up in person to answer questions.

The depo is for a lawsuit a man named Trevor Phillips filed against Kanye in April 2024 ... in the suit, Phillips claims he worked for Kanye at Donda and says Ye frequently shared antisemitic views with staffers and once announced he wanted to shave students heads and intended to put a jail at the school.

Polly Holliday -- a veteran actress with roles in some of the biggest movies of the last few decades -- has died ... according to her longtime agent.

The star passed away Tuesday at her home in Manhattan, her agent and friend Dennis Aspland tells TMZ. He also told us Polly battled health issues for several years before dying of suspected pneumonia.

Holliday began her career on the screen in the mid-1970s ... grabbing parts in "All the President's Men" and "Distance" before she won a lead role on the hit sitcom "Alice."

Kodak Black filmed himself driving down the I-95 in Miami while appearing to sip cough syrup through a straw ... but his attorney says it was all just a gag!!!

The incident was captured on video that went viral ... it shows Kodak behind the wheel of the car with his bare chest exposed while bragging about "sippin' dat drank raw."

Kodak talks some more gibberish and flashes a bottle, which appears to be containing promethazine, but it's not totally clear and we'll tell yuh why. Promethazine is prescription cough syrup that can be used as a drug called Lean.

The members of Oasis aren't at each other's throats on tour ... they're actually getting along great -- according to three of the guys in the band.

We caught up with Paul "Bonehead" Arthurs, Gem Archer and Andy Bell -- the three musicians who have been playing alongside Liam and Noel Gallagher for years -- at LAX Tuesday ... and, we asked them how the two brothers were getting along on tour.

All three guys gave us a thumbs up ... saying they've had no problems while touring around the world in recent months. Worth noting -- we didn't see Liam and Noel at the airport, but the other guys are vouching that they're getting along fine despite the past tension.

Andrew filed a motion in a New Hampshire court last month -- shortly after Kristin filed for divorce -- assenting to his ex's motion to seal the divorce petition and the proceedings in their entirety.

Basically, Andrew says he and Kristin are on the same side ... they don't want the attention their divorce will bring after she was thrust into the spotlight at a Coldplay concert.

The league told ESPN it is conducting its own probe into Beasley after a sports book detected unusual betting interest in his stats in January 2024.

David Friedman, a close family friend, tells TMZ ... Neil died at his home in Kanab, Utah last Thursday surrounded by loved ones.

We're told Neil died from natural causes ... though there is no official cause of death at this point.
