Disclosure may finally be coming when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein ... the House will vote next week on a resolution demanding the Dept. of Justice release the Epstein Files.

Speaker Mike Johnson told reporters Wednesday he would put the bill on the floor for a full vote.

The bill is from Republican Rep. Thomas Massie and Democratic Rep. Ro Khanna ... and on Wednesday, they got the required 218 signatures needed to force a vote.

The sheriff's office tells us Duarte approached a responding deputy threateningly -- paramedics were already at the scene -- and "after multiple verbal commands were given for Duarte to get on the ground by the deputy, Duarte charged toward the deputy while yelling, 'I’m going to kill you.'"

Flyysoulja of the Island Boys was going through a drug-induced psychotic episode leading up to his detainment and mental health evaluation in Florida over the weekend ... TMZ has learned.

The rapper told us the psychosis came about after he took "multiple substances like pills."

He recalled, "In the psychosis, I was trying to find something for my hair for hours, and destroyed the home while unknowingly being on Live."
