The woman suing Clavicular for sexual battery is making moves in court to see how much money he earns from his deal with streaming company Kick ... TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the alleged victim, Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, is trying to get Kick to produce Clav's contract.

Aleksandra claims Clavicular plied her with alcohol and had sex with her while she was a minor, and injected her face with a non-FDA-approved drug called Aqualyx, without having a medical license.

She claimed the alleged injection took place on Clavicular's livestream. He denied all claims of wrongdoing. 

Jeremy Shockey says Kim Kardashian had her own roster while dating his former New Orleans Saints teammate Reggie Bush ... claiming the reality star was juggling several guys at once.

The former two-time Super Bowl champ dropped the bomb on Shannon Sharpe's "Club Shay Shay" podcast ... saying Reggie was deeply invested in Kim, but he believes she was playing the field.

When Shannon asked whether Kanye West or former Dallas Cowboys receiver Miles Austin overlapped with Reggie, Shockey didn't hesitate -- "I think she was juggling three or four guys at the same time. She should be in the circus."

Kamu Kirk -- a housemate on season 28 of "Big Brother" -- is catching flak online over a viral video where he jokes about George Floyd.

Here's the deal ... back in December, Kamu shared several videos where he filmed a dude being arrested outside his residence while screaming bloody murder.

During the high-pitch screams for help -- it sounds like the person being arrested is alleging police mistreatment -- Kamu says, "I can't breathe, I can't breathe, I can't breathe. Bro thinks he's George Floyd."

The video recently resurfaced and is now going viral ... for all the wrong reasons.

She maintains that these publications do not accurately reflect the events as she experienced them.

Tari Eason is asking for a domestic violence restraining order against his ex ... telling the court she punched him in the face and destroyed some of his designer clothes with bleach.

The Houston Rockets star filed a petition, obtained by TMZ, on Thursday ... and he's asking for protection from 32-year-old Marilyn Maritza Melo Rodriguez, who he describes as someone he "used to date."

Streamer DeenTheGreat is facing serious prison time after being charged with felony robbery, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, prosecutors in Miami also charged Deen -- real name Nurideen Shabazz -- with a misdemeanor battery over an alleged May 27 incident involving a woman and a yacht.

A female acquaintance called cops after she claimed he got physical with her after a verbal altercation on the boat. She claimed he kicked her off the yacht because other men were trying to talk to her after he warned her not to entertain anyone but him.

A man who claims he was wrongfully detained in Nancy Guthrie's disappearance wants Pima County to pay up ... to the tune of $2.5 Mil!

According to ABC15, a Phoenix law firm has filed a notice of claim this week -- basically an official document you have to file before suing the government -- against the Pima County Sheriff's Department, Sheriff Chris Nanos, and Detective Earl Gieron.

The filing was made on behalf of Carlos Palazuelos, who claims he was wrongfully detained at gunpoint during the investigation for Savannah Guthrie's missing mom back in February.

Kim Kardashian has agreed not to collect the six-figure sum a man owes her for losing a lawsuit he brought against her … after he claimed the judgment would ruin him ... TMZ has learned.

Here's the deal ... a man named Ivan Cantu sued Kim after she posted his photo when she meant to post the photo of a prisoner with the same name … in an effort to argue for the inmate to be taken off death row. Ivan lost his lawsuit and was ordered to pay Kim's legal fees, but said doing so would financially ruin him.

A legal rep for Kim tells TMZ ... "This is a lawsuit that should never have been filed. The Court agreed and threw it out and ordered that [Ivan Cantu] pay Kim's legal fees. Kim agreed to waive those fees and so [Ivan] has dismissed his case with prejudice."

Allie Eklund might be moving on from Steven McBee Jr. with another Bravo star ... TMZ has a photo of her with "Southern Charm" bachelor Austen Kroll.
