A popular Mexican influencer was killed while livestreaming by a gunman who drove up on a motorcycle.

The shocking incident went down Tuesday in the Mexican city of Culiacan and was captured by Cesar Gastelum on his live stream before he was shot to death.

The video, posted to Instagram, shows Gastelum hanging out with friends on the street as two men on a motorcycle ride up to them.

One "Wizards of Waverly Place" star is ripping the reboot ... he thinks if producers had performed a "presto chango" on the cast, the whole show might've been better off.

David DeLuise -- who played Selena Gomez's character's father in the hit Disney show back in the day -- blasted the show's direction in a merciless Instagram post ... claiming that if they'd brought all the OG wizards back for the revival, then it might not have ended so soon.

The company says, "Our IN-N-OUT Family is heartbroken as we mourn the tragic loss of three innocent lives, one of them being our Associate, Ashley Garibay."

The heavily armed gunman who popped up at Trump National Golf Course in California has been federally charged -- and he now faces 10 years in The Big House if convicted.

In a federal criminal complaint, prosecutors charged 38-year-old Jeanine John Taele with possession of an unregistered short-barreled rifle, which is a felony that carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in federal prison.

The feds released a photograph of Taele, who looks stone-faced as he stares into the camera. The feds also released a pic of his rifle and a badge that read "Agent" and "Fugitive Recovery Bail Enforcement."

Jeanine John Taele was allegedly taking pictures and walking the grounds when he was spotted by plainclothes federal agents ... multiple outlets report.

When L.A. County Sheriff's Department deputies arrived, they found a loaded magazine in Taele's pocket. They also found a loaded pistol and more ammo in his car at the golf course parking lot.
