Tracy Tutor is moving from one Bravo franchise to another … signing on for the new season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" … TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … Tracy has officially joined the reality series and will begin filming for the current season.

It's unclear whether Tracy will be a full-time Housewife or appear in a "friend of" role.

Tracy is best known for starring on "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles," which was put on pause a couple of years ago, as TMZ first reported. However, she hasn't stepped away from real estate and continues to sell luxury properties.

The California bill to ban child marriage unanimously passed the State Senate Wednesday ... and Courtney Stodden is losing her mind with glee.

The bill is just one more vote away from getting to Gov. Newsom -- and obviously CS is thrilled her lobbying for the bill may have helped with its success.

Surrogate McKenna West is scoffing at the biological parents being upset at her for naming the newborn baby Gabriel amid their nasty court battle ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, McKenna asked the court to toss the counterclaims brought by Nausheen Gilkar and Omar Ahmed ... after they demanded more than $100,000 in damages.

Nausheen and Omar alleged they suffered emotional distress and other damages from the ordeal McKenna put them through when she refused to abort the baby against their wishes after finding out it had a heart defect.

McKenna flew to Texas to give birth, but the biological parents have been temporarily awarded custody and decision-making authority over the baby. The court battle remains ongoing.

In her new filing, McKenna said Nausheen and Omar claim McKenna is violating their surrogacy agreement by calling the baby Gabriel. Nausheen and Omar insist the baby's name is Rumi.

Hayden Panettiere's shocking death is getting more heartbreaking by the day ... because it's being reported she had sweet birthday plans this week with her daughter.

Hayden would have turned 37 on Friday ... and Page Six reports that she was planning to visit her 11-year-old Kaya in Germany for a fun bash.

As we first reported, Greenville PD and the coroner's office are conducting parallel investigations ... and the DEA jumping on the case as well makes sense.

Remember, paramedics are heard telling a dispatcher Hayden had suffered a possible "overdose." Also, TMZ broke the story ... Narcan -- an over-the-counter OD treatment -- was found in the apartment where Hayden died.

Elon Musk is doubling down on his defense of Derek Chauvin ... insisting the former Minneapolis cop convicted of murdering George Floyd is innocent and should be freed.

Hayden Panettiere's mother says cops are taking a hard look at drug use in the police investigation into her death ... even bringing in a narcotics investigator to help.

Lesley Vogel told NBC News Wednesday that she's been informed cops are investigating the death ... adding she's even been told they brought in a narco detective.

She doesn't know where they're at in the investigation necessarily ... but Lesley adds the authorities seem to have quite a few questions regarding Hayden's death.
