A spokesperson for the Fort Lauderdale Police Department tells TMZ ... cops responded to a residence just before noon Friday and determined Jack and a female victim had gotten into a physical altercation.

The woman was not injured, law enforcement tells us.

Aubrey Plaza has sold the Los Angeles home she shared with her late husband, filmmaker Jeff Baena ... TMZ has learned.

Property records obtained by TMZ show the property closed Friday for $4.375 million, meaning Aubrey sold it for less than the $4.7 million she and Jeff paid in October 2022.

This trustee met D4vd while serving food in the joint ... becoming friendly before D4vd started writing him letters. We're told they would mail out the letters even though they were in the same facility.

You can read the letters for yourself ... they are religious in tone with D4vd writing that he's putting his faith in God and telling a fellow inmate to do the same.
