NBA Star Tyler Herro Ex Katya Slams Him As She Seeks Child Custody, $$$

NBA star Tyler Herro and his baby mama Katya Henry have split, and it's already getting nasty ... the exes are duking it out in court over custody and support after their bitter breakup, TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained dueling lawsuits filed by Tyler and Katya. The exes share two minor kids ... a daughter born in 2021 and a son born in 2023 ... so this is no simple split.

In his filing, Tyler asked the court to set up a parenting schedule and determine how much he should pay in child support. The Milwaukee Bucks star said he had been voluntarily paying his ex support since she gave birth.

Tyler dismissed his case days later.

Kyle Richards is speaking out about where things stand with her sister Kim Richards after their eviction drama ... and apparently there's no bad blood between the siblings, even though Kyle kicked Kim out of a condo.

The 'RHOBH' star told a photog Tuesday at LAX that Kim is currently "doing okay" and "better" than when Kyle sued her back in January 2025 ... when she demanded her older sister vacate Kyle's 2-bedroom Encino condo.

Kyle said her older sis "has a big family that loves her very much."

'Suite Life of Zack & Cody' Co-Creator Jim Geoghan Dead at 79

Jim Geoghan, co-creator and executive producer of the Disney Channel sitcom "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody," has died.

His daughter, Genevieve Geoghan, confirmed to TMZ that the executive producer passed away on Sunday in Los Angeles. He was battling dementia.

'Suite Life' was a beloved kids' show responsible for launching the careers of Ashley Tisdale, Brenda Song, plus Dylan and Cole Sprouse.

The NBA baller's lawyer says the California leg is personal -- Beasley wants to spend a few days with his two young children before school starts.

D4vd is now facing a fight outside his criminal case ... the family of Celeste Rivas Hernandez is filing a wrongful death lawsuit against the singer.

The suit comes exactly one year after Celeste's dismembered remains were discovered in the trunk of D4vd's Tesla on September 8, 2025.

D4vd -- whose real name is David Anthony Burke -- is already charged with murdering the 14-year-old ... along with lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 and mutilating a body. He's pleaded not guilty.

Beauty Queen Lindsay Shiver agreed to give up primary physical custody of the three kids she shares with her ex-husband, Robert Shiver, after she was accused of trying to kill him ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained the divorce settlement signed by Lindsay and Robert back in 2025 ... and the deal states Robert will be the primary physical custodian of their kids -- Grayson, born in 2012, Landon, born in 2013, and Rhett, born in 2019. They agreed to shared legal custody.

Robert and Lindsay also agreed that neither will be paid alimony or child support ... although Robert will pay for their school tuition and extracurricular activities. Both agreed not to talk negatively about the other in front of the kids or on social media.

Burning Man Deaths Cops Release New Details

Authorities are speaking out after three people died at Burning Man ... and they say no foul play is suspected in at least two of the deaths.

The Pershing County Sheriff's Office said in a press release Monday that attendee Sampson Tshombe died Thursday after "emergency personnel had performed CPR on him for several minutes." They say he was found on a street within the festival before being given CPR and being pronounced dead.

Then on Saturday ... PCSO says festivalgoer Craig Mann was "found deceased in his trailer he was sharing with his significant other."

Burning Man Death Toll Climbs To 3

A third person has died at the Burning Man festival in Nevada.

The Pershing County Sheriff's Office confirmed the third death on Monday -- the 2026 edition's final day.

Authorities have only said the attendee died while on the way to a hospital in Reno. They provided no further information.
