10/9 10:28 AM PT -- The Cornell University disciplinary committee expelled Jonathan Newell because he had sex with her without her consent ... Doe's lawyer tells TMZ.

Someone who reviewed the hearing panel's decision told us the panel found Newell did not have "affirmative consent," meaning there was not express consent to engage in sex. Title IX says "silence or lack of resistance in and of itself does not demonstrate consent."

Jonathan Newell, the Cornell fraternity brother who sent the infamous "free p****y" Snapchat message, was reportedly designated by his frat house as a sober event monitor for the party where Jane Doe claims she was drugged and gang raped.

The October 2024 Chi Phi party was officially registered under Cornell rules aimed at promoting safer partying ... and paperwork submitted by the frat lists Jonathan as a "trained event monitor" ... according to confidential records obtained by The New York Times.

Jonathan's designation as a "trained event monitor" meant he was supposed to remain sober throughout the party and wear distinctive clothing ... so he could stand out to cops, paramedics, or other partygoers in case of an emergency.

The trans New York Times exec who authorities claim was murdered by his in-laws was once pregnant ... and blamed his miscarriage on his wife, Candice Jang.

The California Post obtained a 2025 court filing where Jonathan McKinsey said ... "I was terrified of Candice hurting me or the baby, but had nowhere to go and limited options, as a pregnant transgender man."

McKinsey reportedly became pregnant with an embryo from Candice's IVF treatment ... a decade before his violent shooting death in a Bay Area parking lot.

A man who tried to out the Cornell Jane Doe went nuclear on the Ithaca Common Council ... and his rant is on video.

Michael Tracey -- who previously asked his X followers to identify the former Cornell student accusing 7 frat bros of drugging and sexually assaulting her -- launched into his diatribe Wednesday night as the council got ready to vote on a temporary moratorium on event permits for Cornell and its affiliated organizations.

According to the Cornell Daily Sun, Tracey tried to propose a motion to reconsider after the council didn't name him as one of the public commenters at the meeting.

Mayor Robert Cantelmo responded, saying ... "You're definitely not eligible to make motions."

A wrestler in Mexico was arrested and hit with criminal charges after he slammed a referee to the canvas during a match and apparently killed him ... and it's all on video.

Shocking footage shows Hijo de Fishman -- a wrestler clad in a facemask and green pants -- picking up legendary ref Gerardo Germán Pineda and slamming him to the ground. The ref rolls around on the canvas, seemingly in pain.

According to reports ... Hijo de Fishman later performed a piledriver on Pineda, who fell unconscious after the move and was ultimately pronounced dead at the venue.

Nicolás Maduro -- the former Venezuelan president who was deposed by the United States government earlier this year -- and his wife have been charged for allegedly torturing Americans.

The DOJ announced Thursday it has charged Nicolás and the former First Lady of Venezuela, Cilia Adela Flores de Maduro, with conspiring to commit torture, narcoterrorism, cocaine importation conspiracy, and weapons offenses.

FBI Director Kash Patel claims the Maduro regime tortured countless Americans while they were in Venezuelan custody. Patel alleges these Americans were tortured with a variety of methods, including "drugs, electric shock, sexual assault, and more.”

Medical Examiner records seen by TMZ show the actor died August 30 in Los Angeles County. His cause and manner of death are unclear ... but the records indicate he died in a bathroom.

An LAPD spokesperson tells TMZ ... officers responded to a call for a death investigation and the death appears to have been from natural causes. An LAFD spokesperson tells us they received a call for an unconscious adult male. Morgan was not transported because the incident became a coroner’s case.
