Up is down, and down is up ... and the White House Press Secretary is refusing to take questions from the media.

Katie Zacharia is under fire for claiming she was a "lawyer" when she never passed the bar exam ... but when the White House press corps dared to ask her about it Friday, she stunningly shut them all down.

Ya gotta see the video ... President Trump's new White House Press Secretary walks up to a throng of reporters on the North Lawn, and the first words out of her mouth are, "I'm not taking any questions."

Fox News contributor Kennedy is dishing on her experiences with Kimberly Guilfoyle while the two worked together at the network, painting Guilfoyle as a status-hungry social climber with a spicy sexual appetite.

In fact, Kennedy wrote a column for the Daily Mail on Thursday, pointing out one incident in particular that showed just how spicy Guilfoyle could get.

Kennedy wrote that she was invited to Guilfoyle's home one night and, when she got there, Guilfoyle opened the door wearing a "black, push-up corset and thigh-high stockings, and purred: 'You like what you see?'"

Sean Hannity grilled Katie Zacharia over her bar exam controversy on his show Thursday night ... and the experience didn't go so well for the newly minted White House press secretary.

The longtime Fox News host interviewed Zacharia on "Hannity" about her first week as President Trump's press secretary and, at one point, Hannity brought up that Zacharia called it a "conspiracy theory as it relates to the issue of being a lawyer."

Zacharia flashed an uncomfortable smile as Hannity pointed out that she attended Pepperdine University and failed her first attempt at passing the bar exam to become an attorney.  

10:20 AM PT -- Crystal Harris is firing back at Bridget Marquardt ... and she claims Bridget and Holly Madison are "constantly tearing me down."

Crystal responded in a social media post, saying ... "I fully support everyone having the right to tell their story. I've never said otherwise. What I don't support is the continued mythologizing and glamorization of predators and abusers."

She adds ... "I'm not trying to silence anyone. I'm asking Hollywood to be mindful of what it chooses to celebrate."

Bridget Marquardt doesn't think Jessica Biel should think twice about the message she got from Hugh Hefner's ex ... and should stay in the upcoming Playboy movie.

Crystal slid into Jessica's DMs asking her to reconsider playing Hef's wife in "Playmates," referencing what she calls "troubling concerns regarding minors" and saying she experienced "sexual, emotional, financial and physical abuse" during her marriage to Hugh.

Anna Faris is firing back after her former showrunner threw some serious shade her way in his new memoir ... and she says Chuck Lorre's casting dig was painful to read.

Anna is responding to Chuck revealing he felt vindicated by doubting her casting on "Mom," with the actress saying ... "Yikes. Yes, I read a few things. I really didn't see that coming. Of course it hurts."

As you know, Chuck says his "initial reluctance" to cast Anna in the starring role of "Mom" was "in fact, correct" following her departure at the end of Season 7.

Actor Blake Berris' estranged wife has officially filed for divorce … but she says they've already been separated for years … TMZ has learned.

Blake Berris’ wife, Alexandra McGuinness, filed the divorce docs on Thursday citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

The docs, obtained by TMZ, shed some light on the couple’s separation … she lists September 11, 2024 as the date of separation and says the two married back on August 26, 2017 -- meaning they were married for about seven years before calling it quits.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... deputies were responding to a call for a welfare check on October 8 when they say the situation took a violent turn.

According to cops, the alleged victim told deputies Ayanna -- born Charlotte Lopez -- threatened his life, battered him, and spread cremated human remains inside the residence.

Music icon Billy Joel is giving a rare update on his health and he sadly says he may never perform again. 

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter the “Just The Way You Are” singer said when it comes to his future as a performer … “I don’t know. I have to take a series of tests before I know, but … I’m not allowed to drive. And I can’t do performances because what the neurologist told me, every time you do a show, it’s like you’re getting a concussion.”

As we told you, Billy is currently auctioning off over 70 of his motorcycles and told The Hollywood Reporter “I have a condition called hydrocephalus, which makes driving a little bit iffy. So I realized it’s time for me to turn it over to somebody else.”

Proceeds from the sale of Billy's bikes will go toward his organization, The Joel Foundation.

Britney Spears tried to keep a low profile while grabbing lunch in New York City today as the pop superstar was spotted inside a restaurant, covering her face with a scarf.

Britney stopped by RinTinTin, where she spent a little over an hour dining inside. At one point, she was seen using a scarf to shield her face as she tried to go incognito.

Eyewitnesses tell us Britney enjoyed three glasses of red wine during her visit ... and it appeared she opted to take her food to go, with her bodyguards later spotted carrying a brown paper bag out of the restaurant.

Officials say the gunman in the tragic school shooting in Bend, Oregon was a 16-year-old Bend resident armed with a long gun.

During a press conference Thursday, Police Chief Mike Krantz shared some details about the horrific tragedy, but declined to say whether or not the gunman knew anyone at Silver Rail Elementary or had any ties to the school.

According to Krantz, 3 young children -- ages 5, 8 and 11 -- and one teacher were killed. The shooter is also dead.

Six Flags Over Georgia isn't pulling the plug on its "Final Destination"-themed Halloween attraction, even in the wake of the tragic death of a man on the Goliath roller coaster in Georgia ... TMZ has learned.

A spokesperson for Six Flags Over Georgia tells TMZ ... "Six Flags Magic Mountain will operate its Fright Fest programming as scheduled." We're told the maze does not contain scenes related to a theme park.

The decision comes amid heightened attention surrounding the tragedy at Six Flags Over Georgia, where 42-year-old Hassan Jihad Ibn Kariem was killed Monday after being ejected from the Goliath roller coaster.

Katy Perry and her ex, Orlando Bloom, could be pulled back into an old legal fight by the man who sued over a real estate deal gone south involving the pop star ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the exes are being dragged back into the legal battle brought by businessman Carl Westcott.

As you may recall, Carl sued Katy’s business manager, Bernie Gudvi, to undo the sale of a $15 million home in Santa Barbara. He lost the case and was ordered to hand over the keys to Katy, but she was ordered to pay the remaining balance on the home purchase … which came out to around $4 million.

4:17 PM PT -- The New York Times reports that the person who took down the shooter appeared to be a bystander.

3:59 PM PT -- According to CNN, the shooter was a 16 year old male.

3:52 PM PT -- The shooter, who was killed, is confirmed to have been a male.

3:47 PM PT -- CNN reports that 3 of the deceased victims are children.

3:27 PM PT -- CBS News reports that at least four people have been killed.

At least 2 people have been hospitalized in an elementary school shooting in Oregon.

According to NBC News, Sheila Miller with the Bend Police Department says there are children among the victims. No word on their conditions.

Police responded after a call was made that shots were fired into a car at Silver Rail Elementary around 1 PM.

Jane Doe's attorney worked with a newspaper before he ever filed her explosive lawsuit accusing the Cornell 7 of gang rape ... at least according to Diego Sarabia's lawyers.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Sarabia's defense attorneys claim Doe's lawyer, Thomas Giuffra, never denied coordinating with The Cornell Daily Sun before the lawsuit was filed in court.

James Knox and Alishah Bhimani, who are representing Sarabia, also take issue with Giuffra's claim that defense attorneys representing defendants in Doe's civil suit have been leaking documents to the media that are favorable to their clients.
