Olympian Bode Miller Caught With Shrooms During Idaho Arrest

The details of Olympian Bode Miller's arrest for drugs have been revealed in newly released court docs ... and it looks like psychedelic hallucinogens are involved.

TMZ obtained a copy of the probable cause affidavit, in which the officer claims Bode was caught with a white dispensary bag containing psilocybin mushrooms ... aka magic mushrooms ... when he got busted earlier this month in Idaho.

The docs say Bode had 4.1 grams of shrooms on him and knew his drugs were illegal. The officer says the athlete was placed under arrest following the discovery.

Big Tigger Busted for Battery, Cruelty to Children

Big Tigger was arrested for battery and 3rd degree cruelty to children on Saturday ... TMZ has learned.

According to police records, the longtime radio personality and former host of BET's iconic "Rap City" was booked into the Fulton County Jail Saturday morning, but bonded out later in the day.

Officials with the jail tell us Big Tigger -- legal name Darian Morgan -- was released after posting surety bonds totaling $10,000 ... including a $9,000 bond tied to the aggravated battery charge and a $1,000 bond related to the cruelty-to-children charge.

Bode Miller is navigating a different kind of slalom these days ... the Olympic skiing legend is now facing criminal charges in Idaho.

According to court records, obtained by TMZ Sports, Miller was charged with two misdemeanor counts stemming from an incident on June 6. Prosecutors hit the Olympic medalist with one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

The records show Miller posted a $5,000 cash bond and was later released.

Drake Von's DUI case is getting a lot more gas behind it ... 'cause police say they found multiple nitrous oxide tanks inside his car after a scary crash in Las Vegas.

According to a police report, obtained by TMZ, officers found nitrous oxide tanks -- 13 in total -- as well as balloons and rubber bands inside the porn star's Tesla after a crash over the weekend.

The report says the wreck sent everyone involved to the hospital before police arrived. A witness told officers the Tesla pulled out from a Sonic parking lot and collided with a red Kia Soul ... and cops say a Sonic employee added that Drake appeared to be slumped over the wheel and looked intoxicated.

Jelly Roll Baby Mama Pleads Guilty to Drug Possession Charge

Jelly Roll's baby mama, Felicia Beckwith, was arrested on several drug charges last year ... and now she's pleading guilty to a lesser charge.

On Thursday, Beckwith pleaded guilty to possession of less than 0.5 grams of fentanyl ... and all the other charges against her were dropped, Us Weekly reports.

She was originally charged with manufacture/delivery/sell/possession of methamphetamine, schedule II drug violations, two counts of simple possession/casual exchange, and unlawful drug paraphernalia.

George Pino -- the Florida real estate mogul charged with killing one teen and severely injuring another during a 2022 boat crash -- is breathing a sigh of relief after he was found not guilty by a trial jury.

Pino was charged with manslaughter and vessel homicide in connection with the 2022 boat crash in Biscayne Bay. But, after an emotional 8-day trial, Pino walked out of a Miami-Dade courtroom a free man on Monday. 

On Sept. 4, 2022, Pino and his wife, Cecilia, threw a birthday party for their daughter and her teenage friends aboard their 29-foot boat. While sailing near Boca Chita Key, they hit a floating marker, and the impact caused all 14 passengers to be thrown into the water. 

Porn Star Drake Von Busted for DUI in Vegas

Drake Von's rap sheet just got a little longer ... he was busted for DUI over the weekend … TMZ has learned.

According to official records, Drake -- whose real name is Dawson Bacon -- was slapped with one count of misdemeanor DUI in Vegas Saturday.

Sources tell TMZ the porn star slammed his car into another vehicle. We've also obtained a photo apparently showing Drake's car ... and, as you can see, the passenger door is completely caved in.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star NeNe Leakes’ oldest son, Bryson Bryant, was seen stoic in his latest mugshot.

TMZ obtained the mug for 36-year-old Bryson, who was arrested on May 1 in Georgia. NeNe’s son didn’t look too happy to be behind bars once again as he rocked a black t-shirt while he was being booked. 

As TMZ first reported, Bryson was taken into custody on charges of failure to pay child support, violating his probation in a separate criminal case, and failure to appear for a court hearing. The court set his bond at $27K, and he remains behind bars. 

Karmelo Anthony Bringing Out the Legal Big Guns to Pursue Appeal

The fight for Karmelo Anthony's freedom is heading into the next round ... and a new group of heavyweight attorneys are now leading his effort to overturn his murder conviction.

A team including Texas NAACP President Gary Bledsoe, veteran appellate lawyer Russell Wilson II, and civil rights attorney Brooke Cluse announced Monday it has taken over Anthony's case and will conduct an independent review of the trial record while pursuing all available avenues of appeal.

As TMZ previously reported, Anthony was convicted of murdering Austin Metcalf and sentenced earlier this month to 35 years in prison. He had signaled he wasn't done fighting the case almost immediately ... filing a notice of appeal less than 24 hours after his conviction.

Poirier, 37, was booked for "Public Drunk" -- a misdemeanor -- at 6:38 PM ... before being released several hours later, a quarter after 10 PM.

It's unclear what led up to Dustin's arrest.

'RHOM' Star Lisa Hochstein Felony Charge Dropped ... In Alleged Spying Case

"The Real Housewives of Miami" star Lisa Hochstein is no longer being criminally prosecuted for allegedly spying on her ex-husband Dr. Lenny Hochstein during their nasty divorce.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a counselor for Miami-Dade County's Advocate Program -- a pretrial diversion program -- informed prosecutors Lisa completed all requirements of the program she entered in connection with her felony communications interception charge.

The filing states Lisa was referred to the program on May 15 and has now satisfied all program requirements. The counselor specifically requested the case be dismissed following her successful completion of the program.

The state announced in open court Monday the charges are dropped as a result of them completing the program.

Former Olympic canoeist David Hearn is in hot water with the law -- and President Trump -- after getting arrested for allegedly vandalizing the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, according to a new report.

Hearn -- a three-time U.S. Olympian who competed in the canoe slalom -- stopped while on a 52-mile bike ride to take a look at the Reflecting Pool after its recent $14 Million renovation that was championed by Trump, The Washington Post reports.

The 67-year-old Hearn told the publication that all he did was reach into the water and touch a piece of partially detached pool liner to see what it felt like.

Austin Metcalf was helped by immediate responders right after he was stabbed by Karmelo Anthony ... who can be heard begging him to stay alive and performing CPR until paramedics arrive in shocking 911 audio.

The audio captures the crowd's initial reaction to Metcalf fighting for his life at an April 2025 high school track meet in Frisco, Texas ... with a man calling 911 and informing a dispatcher of the incident.

At first this man tells the dispatcher Austin doesn't appear to be breathing ... though he later changes course and says the teen was able to gather some air -- but that he wasn't conscious.

Karmelo Anthony can be heard wailing to police as he's detained for stabbing Austin Metcalf at their 2025 high school track meet in Frisco, Texas ... and it's all on video in newly released bodycam footage.

Check out the emotional clip -- Karmelo is crying out to police that Austin touched him after he warned him not to ... seemingly trying to justify the stabbing. As you know, Karmelo used a self-defense claim during his murder trial, alleging that he had to protect himself because Austin made physical contact with him first.

The bodycam video goes on to show that Karmelo calmed down and was being compliant with Frisco police officers as they searched his person during his initial detainment. He also confirmed he's not an "alleged suspect" ... straight out admitting, "I did it."
