TMZ has obtained this sonogram of Steph's baby with hubby Cody Herpin, courtesy of the happy couple themselves. TMZ is proud to announce their oven bun to their family and friends. Jodie and Cody were married just weeks ago at the Little Church of the West in Las Vegas.

The pint-sized actor-turned-alcohol entrepreneur was spotted going to Thalia's shower with Mariah Carey's ex-husband (and Thalia's current hubby) Tommy Mottola. Random friends indeed ... but DeVito was a guest at the couple's wedding in 2000.

TMZ was in the courtroom when it all went down, and Judge Melissa Jackson slammed Foxy's pleas for mercy, calling her a "great actress," and saying that if this were the first time she'd apologized, she might be believable, but not now. TMZ has learned that producers of the upcoming Lionsgate film "Tulia" have scrapped plans to start filming in October -- as the film's star, Halle Berry, is three months pregnant!

A source close to the production tells us Berry, 41, who is currently dating hottie model Gabriel Aubry, was set to star in the movie about the drug and racial profiling scandal in Tulia, Texas. The film, which was scheduled for a 2008 release, was to be directed by John Singleton and also starred Billy Bob Thornton.

We're told the project has not been shelved entirely; producers may decide to pick it up at a later date.

Baby bump-boasting Nicole -- wearing hat/sunglasses/black everything from what appears to be baby daddy Joel's wardrobe -- attended vocal lessons yesterday, amid years (and fear) of rumors that she has an album in the making. Who doesn't? Lately, pop music is known to prefer image over talent -- as witnessed by albums from Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton and Jessica Simpson. At least Nicole has some musical background; daddy Lionel's 100+ million album sales! Ride them coattails!

The baby boy of Bridget Moynahan has finally been named -- and Tom Brady probably won't be very happy with it.

As reported in People magazine, Bridge named the lil' pigskin John Edward Thomas Moynahan -- offsides!

Moynahan's rep would not comment on why no Brady, baby.

Talk about a smart move! Nicole Richie snuck into jail today to serve her sentence for DUI.

She was booked at the Lynwood Jail, where Paris did her time, at 3:15 this afternoon. Great move by her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley. While all the attention was focused on Lindsay, no one was watching Nicole.

Nicole is being processed right now. Her photo hasn't even been taken. A Sheriff's guy says she's still being processed.

Nicole was sentenced to four days in the pokey for driving the wrong way on an L.A. freeway while under the influence. She was given credit for 1 day because she was in the slammer for 6 hours after her arrest.

Because of overcrowding, it's possible -- but not certain -- Nicole will be a free woman when we all wake up tomorrow.

Celebrity Baby Blog confirms that actress Bridget Moynahan delivered a healthy, bouncing baby boy today in Los Angeles.

We're told Bridge's baby daddy, Patriot Tom Brady, skipped practice and left Beantown early this morning to see his new little linebacker.

TMZ spotted Joel Madden's baby mama leaving La Conversation in West Hollywood today, where Richie had the helpful assistance of two gun toting boys in brown to get her through the paparazzi crush waiting for her outside the cafe. Pregnant lady comin' thru!

Miss Richie was seen in a gray stretchy dress with black sweater, accentuating the little Madden nestled in her petite womb. Joel Madden, Nic's rocker boyfriend/baby daddy, apparently proposed last week to the soon-to-be incarcerated baby mama.

TMZ cameras caught Little Miss Pregnant hitting up the gym dayside on Wednesday, showing off her tiny bump in a tight white tank top after a workout at Equinox. Richie was also spotted getting her eat on at Da Silvano with a Ray-Banned buddy in the afternoon and later hit up The Bowery Hotel for dinner with DJ/friend-to-the-stars Samantha Ronson.

Standing by her man, but not exactly near him, Richie was then mobbed by TV crews, paps and fans as she made her way into Joel's show at Madison Garden, where his band opened up for Justin Timberlake. Madden then ditched Nicole again to DJ at the Village Pourhouse with owner Michael Sinensky to celebrate the bar's 1st anniversary party.

TMZ cameras were out in NYC last night, where photogs caught the soon-to-be-parents returning to their hotel after a dinner date at La Esquina in Soho. Ever-protective of his lady and fetus, Madden politely warned photogs to "get the f**k out of the way" as they exited the car -- and into their Midtown hotel.

TMZ cameras caught an extremely pregnant looking Kat outside a Los Angeles home yesterday, showing off a sizable belly as she scrubbed a car. So how the hell did McPhee go from stripping down for a Vegas Magazine shoot to sporting a second trimester bump in less than a month? Just Idol speculation: McPhee's currently filming "House Bunny," a comedy where she plays a pregnant sorority girl.

Her co-star Anna Faris was there as well, showing off some cleavage -- though no preggishness -- while walking around set in a robe and bright pink bathing suit top.
