TMZ has obtained the final divorce papers officially making it final. Reese initially filed for divorce on November 8, 2006, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason.

The couple, who were married for seven years, have two children, Ava, 8, and Deacon, who will be 4 this month.

According to her response, obtained by TMZ, Shaunie O'Neal also slam-dunks any notion, as Shaq had alleged in his own divorce petition, that she was "secretive" about her assets and also says she hasn't done anything "untoward with assets or monies" that belonged to Big Daddy. Shaq had alleged that Shaunie had put some of their money in "other entities," about which she says she knows nothing.

Mrs. O'Neal also adds that all of Shaq's sharp legal elbows have caused her "emotional pain and embarrassment."

Beyonce's little sister, Solange Knowles, has already been married, had a child and divorced -- all before she was 21 years old! So that's what she was doing when Beyonce was on tour!

The baby B beauty tells Essence magazine, "I am no longer married ... but I think it's very important not to dish details ... we were basically high school sweethearts." Well, school's out -- forever!

Curses! There's another "Bachelor" breakup! In Touch is reporting Charlie O'Connell (brother of Mr. Romijn, Jerry) and his nurse-lady, Sarah Brice, have hit Splitsville after two years together. A lifetime in reality TV show hookup years!

"We split a few months ago -- it was a clean breakup, nothing out of control," Sarah told the mag. "I definitely thought I'd spend the rest of my life with him -- I think we both did -- but there were some things between us that we couldn't resolve." Maybe the fact that they met on a TV show?!

Sarah says she's still "best friends" with the Charlie, who "starred" in "Dude, Where's My Car?" and added, "We still love each other a lot."

And in case you were wondering who'll get the couple's dog, Lucy, sleep tight. Sarah's keeping her.

Our cameras caught Colletti last night with his other ex and current "Hills" star, Lauren Conrad. The pair were in the Thirty Mile Zone and surrounded by paps and fans who were lucky enough to get autographs.

That's right boys. According to US Weekly, the barely legal "Heroes" star has ended her relationship with ex-reality star, Stephen Colletti. Panettiere tells US, "We are still very close friends and talk to each other frequently. We appreciate and support each other's careers." There's some breaking news! Stephen Colletti has a career!

Country singer Sara Evans' husband, Craig Schelske, filed court papers asking whether she was romantically involved with nearly a dozen people, including country singer Kenny Chesney, Richard Marx and her former "Dancing With the Stars" partner, Tony Dovolani.

The 118-page document was was filed in Williamson County, Tenn., as part of Evans' divorce from Schelske, and asks Evans to state under oath whether or not she admits to "an affair/sexual relationship/romantic involvement" with Chesney, Marx, Dovolani or any member of the band Three Doors Down.

Evans filed for divorce after a very public blowup between the couple in a Los Angeles restaurant in October 2006, after allegedly finding hundreds of photos on his home computer showing him nude and engaged in sex with other women. She also claims he had an affair with the family nanny.

Evans' attorney, John Hollins Sr., could not comment because of a court-issued gag order.

TMZ got a copy of the invite to the Sept. 18 benefit -- costing $2,300-per-head for the VIP reception-- and from the looks of it, it isn't the househusband Clinton who will be pressing the flesh and smooth-talking. The event is billed: "An Evening with President William Jefferson Clinton."

The porcelain-skinned 40-year-old Oscar winner poses in the new issue of Vanity Fair, with her baby niece Sybella safely ensconced in her coat. Coincidentally (or not!), last year, Suri Cruise made her national debut on the cover of Vanity Fair tucked within her Scientolodad's leather jacket. Bewitching!

In divorce papers filed Tuesday in a Miami court, Shaquille O'Neal claimed his marriage to wife Shaunie has been "irretrievably broken," and accuses her of being shady with his cash, reports the Miami Herald.

The couple has four kids together, and each has a child from a previous relationship. They tied the knot in a ridiculously lavish Beverly Hills ceremony in 2002. Shaq, who is currently in a contract with the Miami Heat worth a cool $100 mil, claims that his wife has been "secretive about her assets," and he has asked the court to order a full investigation into every penny she came into during their union.

TMZ spotted Laffoon loading up the moving truck on Saturday -- the exact date on which he previously agreed he would clear out. Nothin' like waitin' 'til the last minute!

TMZ cameras were at the Brooke Shields 'Art of Elysium' benefit at the French Connection Beach House this weekend, and we caught Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller enjoying a day at the beach with his kids. While they may be smiling, Charlie says his day was ruined by his ex Denise Richards.

Sheen told People, "Here is my and Brooke's weekend with [daughters Sam and Lola] being sullied by one of her spies." The mag reported Sheen and Mueller arrived at the party with his girls and Richards' assistant because, "a real nanny was unavailable."

"That is the thing I have to put a stop to. I can't spend quality time -- times I'm never going to get again -- quite frankly being observed by a perfect stranger," Sheen said of the tag-along observer chosen to supervise his visit because of the former couple's ongoing custody battle.

Hunky Navy Lt. Andy Baldwin is once again a confirmed "Bachelor!"

One week after ABC announced their newest Frankenbachelor candidate, Baldwin and his Season 10 bride of "Bachelor", Tessa Horst, have called off their sham marriage. No way!

Baldwin tells In Touch, "When the fantasy wore off and the reality set in, we both realized that we weren't ready to be engaged"-- especially with the cameras gone! The relationship is allegedly still on, but Tessa is holding off on moving to Hawaii to be near the cardboard muscle man. Alo-HA!

At least TomKat can rest knowing they still have the most contrived marriage in Hollywood.

Joe's Crab Shack told TMZ that Whitney and Bobby "sat at table 103 and had a good time." From the look of this pic, crabs aren't the only thing that may have been stoned!

Since finalizing their divorce in April, Bobby has been spotted hanging out with music video ho Superhead, while Whitney's been linked with Kim K sex video ho Ray J. Nice to see they're trading up!
