Brian Austin Green hasn't quite thrown in the towel on his marriage to Megan Fox ... he was spotted Thursday doing a little grocery shopping with his wedding ring on full display.

Fox and Green announced they were separating August 19 and she filed for divorce a few days later.

Days after filing, Fox was out sans ring.

Nicki Minaj’s ex Safaree Samuels has finally removed the last of his ginormous Nicki tattoos, possibly because he realized having a shrine to your ex on your chest won't help ya pick up new chicks.

His only other option was dating Nicki's twin sister -- who doesn't exist ... so, yeah. Bye, bye tatts!

Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger just killed any chances they had at becoming Canada's favorite celeb couple -- they're separating after being married for two years.

Lavigne posted a wedding day pic and said, "It is with a heavy heart that Chad and I announce our separation today ... we are still, and forever will be, the best of friends."

Even though she didn't use the big 'D' word, that statement makes it pretty clear ... the marriage is over. This was Lavigne's second marriage and Chad's first.

P ripped into Sonya Miller ... responding to the story TMZ broke -- she's filed court docs, bitching that Master P had blocked her from entering the Calabasas gated community where she lives with their 7 kids.

But Master P wants to make it clear ... he's fine with Sonya living in the house, "But I’m not going to allow access to her boyfriend and partying friends to come over and sleep where my kids are." He also accuses her of neglecting their children, saying -- " she doesn’t even take my kids to school and my sixteen year old failed all of her classes last year under her mother’s lack of guidance."

He says her court filing is simply a publicity stunt, and he can prove she's been parading people in and out of the gated community for her ragers ... "These records will be furnished to the courts to show the heavy traffic and penalties that I have had to pay for all the crazy parties she’s been having."

Nicki Minaj is finally nothing more than a faded memory to her ex-bf Safaree Samuels, who just ditched his last tattoo tribute to her ... in a bed of roses.

Safaree got his forearm ink of Nicki with her tongue out covered up with the new flowery tatt. It's pretty amazing -- look closely and there's not a trace of her left. Safaree started operation Scrub Nicki months ago ... starting with his chest.

Safaree says the change gave him an "overwhelming feeling of liberation."

Interestingly, the artist, named Compton -- posted a shot of his handiwork with the caption, "#SorryNicki #itsJustBusiness"

Break-ups are always hardest on the tattoo guys.

"Homeland" star Morena Baccarin's growing success could be exactly what hurts her in her divorce ... costing both money and time with her kid.

Morena's soon-to-be ex-husband Austin Chick just filed docs in their divorce, and he wants his chunk of her paycheck. Chick claims Morena is pulling in $1.5 million a year. He wants a cut for child and spousal support.

Chick says Morena's constant travel for work isn't healthy for their one-year-old, so he wants physical custody. He also wants Morena to cover nanny expenses up to $3k per month.

The guy who co-founded Skype -- and sold it for $2.6 BILLION -- claims he got the picture when he found out his fiancee allegedly cheated on him, and now he's suing to get the ridiculously expensive ring back.

Janus Friis claims in a new lawsuit, he got engaged to Maria Louise Joensen -- a Danish recording artist who goes by Aura Dione -- back in 2013. As a symbol of his love, he gave her a $471,000 engagement ring, an apartment and cash, but claims there were strings attached to the gifts ... they had to seal the deal.

Friis claims he learned she had "multiple affairs and sexual encounters with other men" and broke off the engagement. So now he wants his stuff back.

If Maria's holding on to the ring, it's pretty obvious why ... Janus describes it as a 950 Platinum band inset with a number of diamonds, including a 1.76 ct round brilliant cut diamond -- D color, internally flawless, excellent symmetry and cut grade.

We got to know Shayna Taylor when she was dating Ryan Seacrest -- but after this encounter she will forever be known for her skills in the kitchen ... and possibly the bedroom.

There are signs of a possible reconciliation between Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick.

Scott has been posting pics of him back at the family home in Calabasas, chilling at the pool and lording over his brood.

Scott wrote, "Love coming home and seeing my little girl napping and looking this cute."

The post could simply signal visitation, but he certainly made himself at home.

Megan Fox has filed for divorce, just days after announcing her separation from husband Brian Austin Green.

Fox, who's repped by disso-queen Laura Wasser, cites the standard "irreconcilable differences." She's asking for joint physical and legal custody of the couple's 2 sons.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ, there is no prenup, so earnings during their 5-year marriage are community property and divided 50/50. They've been together for 11 years and we're told the probability is their assets are so co-mingled, they will be divided in half.

Our sources say the likelihood is Megan will end up paying Brian spousal support, partly because of the disparity in income and partly because he's had medical problems.

We're also told the divorce is "very amicable," to the point they continue to live in the same house.

The date of separation is listed as June 15th.

It appears Jared Fogle's wife was blindsided by the severity of the charges against her husband, because she sent him packing at the same time prosecutors charged him with having sex with minors.

Katie Fogle filed divorce papers Wednesday and according to docs, obtained by TMZ, she lists the date of separation as the same day.

Prosecutors held their cards close to the vest until they filed formal charges yesterday, detailing Jared's sexual liaisons with underage girls. Until yesterday, it appeared the only charges involved possessing child porn.

Katie expressed shock when she announced yesterday she was going to divorce Jared. Bottom line ... it seems the underage sex charges were an enormous, hideous surprise.

As for the divorce ... she says she'll offer a specific custody proposal when the judge hears the case, but wants to make it clear the order should be in the best interests of the couple's 2 kids.

She says she wants the financial assets divided in a "just and reasonable" manner.

Zayn Malik's ex-fiancee, Perrie Edwards, broke down and bawled during a live performance Wednesday during her group's breakup track, "The End."

Khloe Kardashian is calling BS on Lamar Odom, who insinuated she did him dirty by not shooting down the story that he ambushed her ... so say sources close to Khloe.

The sources tell TMZ, she has had NO contact with Lamar for weeks and in fact changed her number a few weeks back and never gave him the digits.

TMZ broke the story ... Kardashian sources and eyewitnesses at SoulCycle Wednesday claim Lamar surprised Khloe on her way in at 6:45 AM, began shouting at her and put his hands on her shoulder before she told him to get away. Khloe jumped in her car and beat it.

Lamar told TMZ he and Khloe had communicated before the meeting and said it was absolutely not an ambush. But our sources say in no way did she invite him there and she had no idea he would be there.

We're told Khloe does not feel physically threatened, but says she's concerned for Lamar's well being.
