Disneyland Hazmat Incident Sends 5 Staffers to Hospital

2:03 PM PT -- A Disneyland official tells TMZ ... this afternoon, building materials being used by a contractor produced a reaction backstage at the theme park ... and the area was examined by appropriate response teams.

Several cast members were treated on-site by paramedics and released ... and we're told at least five employees experiencing dizziness and shortness of breath were transported to local hospitals.

Out of an abundance of caution, adjacent areas were cleared of guests -- and are expected to reopen soon.

Scary situation at Disneyland ... multiple people have been taken to the hospital following a hazardous materials incident.

Savannah Chrisley Federal Warning Over GLP-1 Website

Savannah Chrisley's prescription weight loss website is under a federal microscope ... 'cause the FDA warned her about making false and misleading claims about GLP-1s.

The feds fired off a warning letter, obtained by TMZ, to Savannah last month ... advising her that they reviewed her website GoodGirlRX and found some issues.

Namely, the feds took issue with some claims her company made concerning compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide products ... the FDA didn't like that she used the phrases "FDA-approved meds," "FDA-approved options" and "clinically proven GLP-1 results."

The feds schooled Savannah, telling her compounded drug products like the ones her site offers are NOT FDA-approved ... and they said she was implying that her products had been "evaluated for safety and effectiveness when they have not."

Pinky Cole, the Slutty Vegan founder who is new to 'RHOA', filed for bankruptcy ... and it looks like she's got a good chunk of debt.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Pinky filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy ... and she says she owes the U.S. Small Business Administration $1.2 million.

What's more, Pinky says she owes another $192,000 in total to the Georgia Department of Revenue.

Hulk Hogan Estate Gearin' Up For Legal Fight ... Objects To $10M Claim

There’s a $10 million battle brewing over Hulk Hogan’s beer!

Hogan’s estate filed an objection to a huge, eight-figure claim from a company called Carma HoldCo Inc., after they claimed the legendary wrestler screwed them over in a massive beer deal.

Carma HoldCo -- a celebrity branding company -- says Hulk's “Real American Beer” was actually their idea ... but they were ultimately cut out of the lucrative deal by a couple of former employees who went directly to Hogan.

The company filed the claim on January 20 … accusing the estate of breach of contract.

But Hulk's estate isn't going down without a fight.

Alan S. Gassman, the attorney representing the estate, formally objected to the claim ... according to court records filed on Friday.

Tyra said the landlord knows she lives in Australia and has no real ties to America or D.C., where the lawsuit was filed. She said her move to the land Down Under was well-publicized, and the landlord should have been aware.

The winds are changing in the hot dog world ... because Nathan's Famous has just been sold to packaged meat company Smithfield Foods.

The fast-food company's top dogs must really be relishing the all-cash deal, too -- they sold Nathan's for a cool $450 million, The Associated Press reports.

FYI ... Nathan's Famous started out in 1916 as a hot dog stand in Coney Island, Brooklyn, New York.

The family of the founder of Nathan's Famous sold the business to investors just over seven decades later, and it's grown ever since then. The founder's name is Nathan Handwerker, BTW.

As you know, Nathan's Famous hosts an annual hot dog-eating contest every Fourth of July in Coney Island, where glizzy gladiators like Joey Chestnut and Takeru Kobayashi wolf down dogs in heart-stopping amounts.

Chestnut's won 17 out of 19 of the last competitions, setting a world record in 2021 after knocking back 76 hot dogs and buns.

Lucasfilm and Walt Disney Studios announced the leadership changes Thursday ... revealing Lynwen Brennan as the new co-president.

Filoni -- who worked with George on "Star Wars: The Clone Wars" and helped Jon Favreau launch "The Mandalorian" -- will serve as President and Chief Content Officer.

All's not fair for Kim Kardashian ... because her SKIMS store in L.A. was hit by a vandal who defaced the walls with a ton of graffiti -- though cops say they arrested the man who did it.

Check out photos of the West Hollywood locale ... with its white walls covered in black words -- including "we need that" and "Kimmy Bread" -- along with a series of other unintelligible phrases on the wall. Unclear if someone meant any of this graffiti as a shot at Kim or if the white-gray walls simply provided a perfect canvas for a troublemaker. Still, Kim's team is not taking any chances ... we're told they're going to talk to police.

A spokesperson for West Hollywood Sheriff's Station tells TMZ ... they've opened an investigation into the vandalism which the sheriff's office learned about around 5 AM PT. An unidentified male has been arrested for felony vandalism -- with cops thinking he caused more than $400 worth of damage. Officials say a bystander saw the graffiti and called police.

Talk about a girl boss! Hailey Bieber told GQ while she didn't necessarily plan to sell her brand Rhode earlier this year ... she was offered a price she couldn't refuse.

While some may have been surprised by Rhode's hefty $1 billion price tag, Hailey said she would never have sold it for anything less ... "I was just like, 'It's going to be this or I'm not doing it.'"

She added, "I was very determined that I wouldn't do it for anything under that."
